Esri - ArcGIS software is incomplete

I uploaded the ArcGIS on January 20. 2015. It worked just fine. Today, I had to do a "refresh" to my computer and all software installed was deleted. I bought the product through Webstore @ UIC. So, I went to the website to download again the product, but I couldn't finish the installation. I called 3 times customer support. Three different technical asistants tried unsuccessfully to help me. I need the administration part of the software to entry my key and make this software work on my computer, which I need for one of my classes, which are not free.

I have spent multiple hours trying to download the student trial of ArcGIS Pro and have currently waited over an hour and 20 minutes on someone to help me. This is worse than Comcast. This program and its support team sucks!

Securus is the most abusive company that I have ever encountered. They do not abide by the law.

They cut off service and say tat we have not paid, however they have not sent out hard copies (paper statements ) as perscribed by law. Their customer service people have an attitude like a can of worms, as it crawls all over you.

I truly feel sorry for you if you have to try and resolve an issue with Securus . I just wonder how many others have been abused by this company and it's customer's service personell.

Target - I didn't receive a mattress. They don't want send I or give me $200.00

My worst shopping experience ever has been recently at target online.Here is the chat transcript with a customer service online On 09/17/2014 (from an order place on August 2014): "You are now connected to Bruce. Bruce:Thanks for shopping on Target.com. My name is Bruce. How can I help you? Maria:When are you going to ship my order #*******? Bruce:I'd be happy to help you with this order. Bruce:Can you please verify the first and last name and email address that was used to place the order? Maria:Maria X*** Maria:Chicago, IL 60608 Maria:me@***.com Bruce:Thank you for verifying your order. Bruce:Would you mind waiting a few minutes while I check that? Maria:Sure. I be waiting. Bruce:Thank you. Bruce:I see that there is only a regular replacement order. Bruce:Until we receive the original item this order will not be shipped. Maria:There was not replacement order. Fedex only delivered one out of the two packages containing in the original oreder, which had several items. Maria:This order is a claim because one of the two mattresses has never been delivered. Bruce:Maria, I'd suggest you to call our guest service team at (800) 591-**** and ask for supervisor for more help. Maria:do you mind to wait. i'm in the phone now waiting for a supervisor. I can't understand how is possible that these two corporations (Target &Fedex) have a rating of A+ with the BBB.
