72I bought a brand new Epson Work Force 7720, that ended up having a hardware problem. I have now received my 4th broken refurbished replacement. I am very mad and on hold now. They better resolve this problem with either a new printer or one that is not broken prior to them shipping it. My original printer was less than 3o days old when I received the first replacement that was doing the same thing as my new one. The 2d, 3d and now 4th replacement have had the same broken part on it when I opened the box. This is not acceptable!! Since this site will not let me mark resolved or delete, just want to say that it is resolved and they are sending me a new printer.

User's recommendation: Awful service for replacements if needed.
