Facebook - Because you suck

I've been locked out of my facebook account for 3 year because it's bound to a college email that has been discontinued....no way to call. No way to unlock it because it an old account without that security measure. In general - Your company is inaccessible, and for your policy banned multiple accounts for one person...kinda making break your policy because your lack of support *thanks*

User's recommendation: Have a working number for customer to call into and confirm identities and accounts. Seriously...billions of users? No service. For a allegidley smart company. Your service and customer support blows.
