Express Scripts - Still waiting for refund

I started my claim in March 2020 trying to get reimbursed for two prescriptions I paid out-of-pocket. I dont have the original receipts so I requested a copy from CVS pharmacy. I submitted those to express scripts and they claim they dont except the receipt I got from CVS Pharmacy. When I asked what receipt they do except I still dont have a clear answer. The receipt I provided gives them everything theyve asked for but for some reason they refused to except it

Express scripts is a lazy company with lazy employees. Their employees are very well trained in laziness.

They refuse to communicate properly with their customers.

I haven’t had a satisfactory response or any communication with them. If anyone expects any different...

Update: I’m still waiting for express scripts to explain why the CVS receipts I’ve sent to them don’t qualify as CVS receipts. They claim what I’ve sent are not acceptable and they need the CVS receipt but not the CVS register receipt.

I sent them receipts from CVS corporate.

Talk about a cluster of a business. Absolutely horrible customer service.

After my review here from several days ago, I received an anonymous call with no caller ID. I never answer those calls. The caller, Adam left a voice message but never left a number to call him back. He said hed send me an email which he did. Ive called the number he gave dozens of times and its busy each time. Why does a business have a line without a way to reach them? I then received an email from Stephanie who said shes researching this. She then said I need to submit the red receipt from Walgreens. I dont have the original red receipts or I would have sent them in 2 months ago. Ive sent in fill history and copies Ive received from Walgreens. Why does express scripts purposely make this so difficult? So they dont have to pay?

User's recommendation: Find another place to get prescriptions or don’t ever pay out of pocket.

Adam, It's been a week and still we are no closer to a resolution. I've resubmitted my receipts for the 6th time and haven't heard from anyone of authority to resolve this.

I've provided everything that should be expected of me. I'd like my $82.84 reimbursed please.
