Optimum - Not BAD but TERRIBLE SERVICE and CONTRACT discrepancys

WOW, where to start since Altice took over Altice/Optimum it has been a complete disaster. Say NO to crack say no to ALTICE/OPTIMUM same concept both will KILL you. I cancelled my service returned equipment due to constant failing bad service with internet/cable/phone but mostly internet every time I call I get sorry we don't see any problem on our end. Well the problem was at their end because my problem is now solved Altice/Optimum problem easy fix Verizon. Not only did I get bad service but I was raped from by Altice/Optimum after returning the equipment and yes CANCELLING my service they kept it ACTIVE and charged me the full month SAY NO TO CRACK SAY NO TO CABLE ALTICE/OPTIMUM.

SAY NO TO CRACK SAY NO TO OPTIMUM

WOW, where to start since Altice took over Altice/Optimum it has been a complete disaster. Say NO to crack say no to ALTICE/OPTIMUM same concept both will KILL you. Going thru a loan modification with BNA. No, wait, they tossed me over to Resurgent which is now Shellpoint.

Any who, sent in all my papers and getting letters back from them that they got it all. Nut on the same day, I get a letter from the same department, same people they didn't get the papers. And I mailed them at my own expense and to be on the safe side, faxed them over too plus emailed them. Knew then they weren't going to work with me and *** me around on this.

So I finally get the no you didn't get the loan mod because of so and so. And what's so so...Their many mistakes in income and property/school tax numbers they used to figure it out. One was even though I managed to reduce the property/school taxes to more than half because of Star. limited Income and disabled status and they still used the full amount in the monthly figures.

They never were going to give me the loan mod from day one because I have too much equity in the house they want for themselves. Equity of over 250 grand on a loan balance of 118,000.

They want the back mortgage payments missed, too. Like I am going to give them all that cash so they can just toss my *** out on the street with no extra money needed pay to move and live elsewhere at my old age on a fixed income while still owning them the balance of the loan.
