Walmart - To ask a question

I just want to ask a question about buying tires on walmarts site a you cant get an actual person on the phone. The questions is; if i buy a set of tires on the walmart site and they will only ship them to my home, will walmart still install, rotate and balance free the same as if they were sent to the store?

When you are looking at a tire scroll down the page and you will see a line "learn about auto services" click on the link and you will see the charges.
