Temu - JUST DONT. BE CAREFUL IF SO

My first order with Temu was sort of exciting. I was under the impression from this company that if I ordered a regular priced item, Id get 5 or 6 free.

That was the way it believed it to be. When I found out that I would only be getting one item free (it was baiting), I was upset. Customer service didnt care at all to help!! When one of the 2 packages were delivered (I havent received the 2nd one yet), I couldnt even believe how it was delivered.

The driver pulled up to the side of the curb and launched it out his window on my lawn! So careless

Temu - Horrible Company!!!! Bait you in to buy, Horrible returns

I was baited into buying items with the promise of free items of my choice with purchase. This DID not happen as I was led to believe.

So I was reviewing items before committing to purchase. The app automatically charged me for over $100.00 worth of merchandise. Listen, I am an avid shopper on Amazon, an I always have the option to review my cart before buying. When I contacted customer service, I got hung up on over 4 times!!!

So I guess Ill have to eat the loss. NEVER EVER GOING TO ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!

Contacting the BBB!!! Please beware!!!
