Walmart - DIRTY STORE

SO I WENT IN TODAY BEFORE WORK AND THIS STORE IS NOT A CLEAN STORE THE WORKERS AT THE FRONT ARE JUST STANDING THERE AND NOT WIPING DOWN THE BASKETS NOT AT ALL THEY HAVE NOT SANITIZER NO WHERE AND IT SAYS IT ON THE LOUD SPEAKER THEY HAVE IT. THIS STORE IN IN OXNARD CA ON ROSE .TARGET IS SO CLEAN THEY CLEAN IT IN FRONT OF YOU BEFORE TOU TAKE THE BASKET.
