21st Century Insurance - Canceled auto policy

I am very disappointed in 21st Century. I have been a customer for way over 15 yrs and recently we moved into a new house with alot to do. I called them to update my new address and thought at that time I updated my new debit card that would expire soon. Then less than a month later I get a call saying our policy was canceled.I was shocked. They claim they mailed me a notice and emailed. I never received either! A supervisor I spoke with even said it seemed they has problems with sending me emails according to their records. Also I believe they sent the notice to our old address and the new renters never forwarded it back. I did put in a change of address. So just because my debit card date expired I was canceled and made to get a new policy costing me more money down and now we are paying double what we were paying for 6 months. They claim we have to pay more because now we had a lapse in coverage and if you don't have continued coverage they charge more for 6 mos. Now we got our new policy and what a surprise (because they never make any mistakes) they have all the old address on the mailing envelope and the new policy!!. So I had to spend my time calling and telling them this. Now they will have to revise it all and mail out the correct papers. Shame on you 21st Century for not being willing to work with a long time customer and just re instating the old policy. The decision was yours and I know that for a fact because the Idaho Dept of Insurance told me this was up to them. I have referred so many people to them over the years. No More!! And I may switch now because of this. I have homeowners with another company so I will look into that. Just shows how much you care about loyalty and customer satisfaction. No room for mistakes unless they are your mistakes. Never even apologized for sending the new policy info to the wrong address and that I had to take time to call again.

You are lucky you didn't have an accident while you were uninsured. I suggest you put a reminder on your calendar so you never miss a payment again. The consequences are just too serious.

Genie Bras - Not what I ordered, it's way more!!!

I ordered one bra then I was offered another deal and I declined. Then I was offered even a better deal for 2 additional bras at 10.00 ea and no shipping. So I agreed. Then about 5 other offers came up I declined them all. Once I did my order was submitted without even seeing it 1st and the total was way more than I expected. I looked for a ph.# to call to complain and the site would not allow me to access it but kept taking me to my order page. I google searched their # and called to learn I can't cancel the order for atleast 3 hrs. I will have to call back. Don't buy from them they seem a bit shady to me now that I am into it. Also the bra says comes with pads? It never said that when I was reading about them I do not want any pads in it. So very bad site stay away.

Just an FYI concerning the GENIE BRAS. They all come with pads, however the pads are basically modesty type pads and not pads that add to the size of the breast.

I actually wear my GENIE BRAS without the pads and I have had no issues, but then again I live in Florida. I assume if I were up north in cold weather I would need to utilize the modesty pads.

I have found the GENIE BRAS to be quite comfortable. I am a plus size lady (ordered 4x) and have worn the bras over the course of an entire day and not once have I ever endured red marks etc. In fact, I was quite surprised at how well they fit despite my being plus size.

I purchased them really thinking that once they arrived I would be disappointed but surprisingly I am VERY pleased with my purchase and plan to purchase all the color groups with the matching GENIE PANTIES.

I only wear these bras under casual clothing as they really do not offer any type of rigid support for dressy wear. If anything, they remind me more of a "sleeper bra". What is really great about them is I have had several breast lumpectomies and these were the only bras that I was able to wear Post-Op. They added just the right amount of support I needed after surgery while healing and do not bind or dig in.

But from what all I am reading, it seems to be a problem with the zipper type Genie Bra.

Mine are all the pull up/pull over ones and YES, even as a size 28, I was able to pull the bra up after stepping into it with no massive tugging or pulling.

I machine wash the bras but air dry them and they have all retained their original shape and look like new.

Here is hoping that this will help you in your choice. Good Luck !
