Uber - Very Poor Customer Support

Very poor customer support team. Currently, taking over 2 months to investigate something very minor that caused my account to be disabled. Have repeatedly reached out to Uber's customer support team to receive receipts from trips that I took before my account was disabled and I have not gotten anywhere with anyone. They will not reinstate my account and won't provide me with receipts from previous trips.

User's recommendation: Use Lyft.
