Facebook - If customers can't contact customer service then why have this app people acts getting hacked and there is no there to help with the issues this is ridiculous

My acct was hacked my email was changed as well as my password they stole my ID off of messenger and is using it to access my acct and people need to contact a representative to resolve issues like this not no freaking automated computer
