I agree with the prior comment. A warning came on my screen telling me, I had this rootkit/virus.

Upon running Malware bytes Root scan and MacAfee root scan nothing was found using either program. This company is scam and some federal agency should go after them.

I called the number that popped up on my screen to "fix" the frozen screen they put up on a webpage. When I called, an Indian answered.

He tried to get into my computer...LMAO. When he said now what does your computer say, I stated, it says to wash your dirty turban and I hung up......Then he called me back twice and hung up on me.

What a joke! These guys are a fake!

Yes, I had the same problem. I was trying to watch world cup online, and probably got a virus from one of the affected webpages.

After couple hours the 188* ******* number popped up on my screen. When I called the Indian guy was trying to guide me through on how to fix my computer. When I asked what is his name and what company does he represent, he mumbled something not clear.

I hang up on him. People, please be more careful with there fake "helpers"!
