Hearing Assist - HearingAssist hearing aids advertised by Walmart

My husband ordered the hearing aids while a patient in the hospital. They were shipped to him &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; are two aids in one chargeable holder. The aids or re-charge holder have NEVER worked all at the same time; one aid or the re-charge holder was defunct ALL the time. He sent them in many, many times & never received a complete workable set of aids or charger. He received the aids January 2 & as of now has had only two (2) days of the 3 items all working at the same time. We have written, called & begged for them to refund the money so we can go get aids that will help him. They said the 60 warranty ran out in March & nothing they have to do for him now!!!!!!!! He was diagnosed with SYNCOPE while in the hospital & should have asked me about them before ordering. I am his wife. My name is Alice M. Huddleson. We have contacted WALMART also & have not heard back from them at all. They are selling a product that is at the bottom in qualify. They just say send them in for repair!!!!!! This has been going on TOOOOO long. $700 is a lot of money on a fixed income & we need to get our money back to buy a better qualify hearing aid for him.
