Rosewe - Unfair treatment

I ordered some clothes from Rosewe online and one of the packages sent to me had one of the clothes i ordered and 3 that i did not order, so i sent a message to their customer services informing them about what happened and told them that i would be sending the 3 wrong items back and was never advised not too. I sent the items back which costed me 24 euro. I asked for the Rosewe to return me the cost, as i returned the wrong items which were sent which i believed was the noble thing to do but they are refusing to refund me back the 24 euro.
