Amazon - Order delivery issue

I placed an order October 13. I kept getting new delivery dates.

Originally it was supposed to be delivered on October 17, then the 19th, then the 21st, then today October 22. When I had not received on the 22nd, I checked the status on the Amazon website there was a message stating that USPS made an attempt at 5:45pm today but was unable to deliver the package and it was being held for pickup??? I was home ALL DAY waiting on the package and I did receive mail today so USPS stating they were unable to deliver the package is a LIE. I am a Prime member and have requested that Amazon NOT SEND MY PACKAGES THROUGH USPS, they are unreliable.

I love Amazon because USUALLY I get my packages in a few days. It has already been over TEN DAYS.

So now the package is supposed to be delivered on October 27. The representative was wonderful, he reached out to USPS and got the new delivery date, and also authorized a $10 credit for my inconvenience.
