Consistently horrible service; took $ after termination

Directv tells me things on a regular basis that are not true. At the beginning of every call I ask their name and when the call is finished I tell them to notate in my account everything important that we spoke about. It’s really a shame how much DirecTV’s customer service reps don’t appreciate their customers nor do they understand that because of their customers they have jobs. AT&T/DirecTV office of the president knows all of what happens with their CS reps because I have let them know for years and there has been no change.
