Esurranty - I don't think they are a legit company.

Esurranty has never contacted me in any way, when I’ve continued to call them and leave messages, they say they will call me within 2 days and they never have. I know there is a pandemic going on but they have my money and have not let anyone know what their status is.

I purchased a policy 1-29-20 and made a claim 7-5-20 I was told I would be contacted within 2 days and its 7-14-20 and haven't heard a thing, they don't answer my calls or return my calls, Ive left messages on their website and it says they will contact me within 24hrs and haven't been contacted. I called their accounting office and left a message and they say they will contact me within 2 days and ive heard nothing. I do not know if they are in business, ive called the claims office everyday all day and am told to call back.

User's recommendation: Dont waste your time or money buying their service, you can't get in touch with them for anything.

ATT/Directv has details of their issues they have and I tell them over and over and they will not learn, their agents are untrained and do not know how to do their jobs.

I have heard nothing from ATT/Directv, Im still having the same issues, this is an update weeks later 5/13/2019, I have no confidence calling because every time I've called I've spent more than an hour on the phone and I get clueless people in technical support that give lame excuses and clearly do not understand their jobs, it's a shame that ATT/Directv offers services and have no people trained to help the customers correct their issues. I have to deal with these issues monthly and depending on the time of year and tv show series beginnings and endings my list continues to fill day in and day out over and over filling the list when with reruns when Ive selected to record 1st run only, it takes more than an hour to delete all these tv shows and then the next day they come back, this is time consuming and my time is worth money.

Ive been a customer of att/directv well AT&T at least for more than 40yrs and today they don't care, they don't know how to do their jobs, their go to response for everything is no, I can't do that. The only happy customers they have are the customers that don't use their service and don't call customer service. Ive been dealing with issues of programs in my list on my mini genies for months, they record the same tv shows on demand when I choose to have them only record the first showing, technical support over the past few months has me delete all these tv shows in my list 1 by 1 and set them the way I already have them set (to record the first showing) and I still have to spend an hour and 30 minutes monthly at least deleting the recordings that are recorded on demand, I wouldn't watch anything on demand because it will show the same commercial over and over 5 times and then go to a new commercial and show that 5 times and so on. This is an example of a company not caring about what they do, they are trying to satisfy the advertiser by playing their commercial as many times as they have paid for, so the customer has to be annoyed by their laziness of how directv places their commercials, unprofessional and uncaring, they get your money so that's all they want, on top of that watching tv shows on demand they tv shows cut off in the middle of scenes so you are waisting your time watching. When I call technical support they lie and say Im the only person having these problems. I spend time teaching their technical people that don't know how their service works, they are not trained well at all, that would cost the company money and they would rather put that in their CEO's pocket, he obviously does nothing, you see the trickle down of nobody willing to do anything except tell you no.

DIRECTV - Terrible customer service reps that don't know their job and change your account without your permission.

Over the past couple of years representatives have told me lies and I have reported many situations to AT&T/Directv yet it continues to happen and it gets worse, they take no responcibility for anything they do wrong. Earlier this past month when I called the loyalty department they told me they could save me $25 and I told them sure, I was never told they were changing my plan and removing my premier protection plan which I need to cover my computers, iPads, TV's and all of my Directv equipment, they simply removed it. I went through a lot when I called back and I actually had a claim in the process with my premier protection plan and it had not been fixed correctly. AT&T/Directv showed no care and told me they added the plan and it would now be active a month later, I said no that's not fair because I never cancelled the plan. They said if I have any problems tell the rep to read the notes, needless to say Ive had problems and when I call the reps say I don't have the plan and I need to call another number. I gave AT&T/Directv the name of the rep and made them aware of what he did and they gave no concern. This is getting old, Ive had no good experience with Directv and in fact I've had nothing but problems since the day I got service and for them to make it right has been *** Im not a happy loyal customer and Directv does not care. I was told by the office of the president I would be called today later this afternoon, it is 7:24pm and I have not received a call. You are just a number at AT&T/Directv the customer service is the worst I've experienced in my life and there is no change in getting better, they give lame excuses, its like dealing with immature spoiled teenager, they could not care less.

Coach - This is an update for my last review

I got in touch with Sam at Coach and he tried to find a strap for my Mothers purse and couldn't, he had me send back the replacement purse and I took my Mom to the Coach store and she picked out another purse with Sam's help. Thank you Sam for finally putting this issue at rest, I appreciate you a lot.

Bank of America has still not contacted me and has done nothing to show any kind of apology which shows no respect to me a long time customer and has protected their employees in a way so that this will happen again. I’m not a happy customer and only had questions...

Taco Bueno - It was good in the 70's!

I try Bueno every now and then and it keeps getting worse, it's management! I've called the Corperate offices for the past couple years and let them know how bad the people are that work there, how the portions are wrong, etc! All they do is ask for info on my receipt and send coupons for free food, I don't want more of your bad food! I've called Corperate everyday the past week and nobody answers nor does anybody return my calls. It's ashamed to see what was once a great restaurant with awesome food go to waste! Taco Bueno is not bueno it's MALO! Because it has terrible management! It starts at the top!

Staff Review

Employees riding skateboards in back of restaurant at night, nobody to take order, nobody to deliver. Never open in the mornings when they are supposed to be! Location is bad across from Hobby Lobby Warehouse on South Council Road in Okc. I always ask for a manager in the morning to ask why they are never open and none is ever there.
