No retail store will split up a box of anything. I can't go into Publix and ask to purchase only 7 of the popsicles in a box of 20. Retail packages/pricing don't work that way.

So here's the thing: even if the store was willing and able to make a price adjustment without the physical receipt in the store (which they shouldn't) how are they supposed to refund your money? If you paid cash they have to hand you cash. If you paid debit/credit they need the card to place the refund on to. You still need to go to the store for your refund.

"(3) the policy for free shipping!! (Its only after your amount after discount taken out??? Complete BS!"
This is how every company with free shipping operates. If you have a cart full of items worth $75, then apply a 10% discount to make it $67.50 that is not $75. That's $67.50. That's basic math. So no you would no longer get free shipping.

That is right there if you bothered to read the details of the free shipping promo before placing your order.

Yeah, because Fedex drivers are supposed to know which packages are OK to throw over a fence (ridiculous to ask any delivery service) and which ones will have customers complaining their package was ruined because they threw it over a 6 foot high privacy fence. Frankly if I'm FedEx I'd be happy to do without your business. You aren't special and asking a driver to violate protocol is not something they should have to do. Prices and promotions are subject to change, and may vary from those offered in our stores. We cannot confirm the availability or price of an item until you place your order. Despite our best efforts, rarely an item in our catalog may not be available, the offer may have been misstated, or an item may be mispriced. For any of these reasons, we may cancel your order or we may contact you for instructions on the order."
In other words Best Buy says prices can change or are in error, and if that happens they will cancel the affected orders and notify you of that. Best Buy obviously protects themselves from egregious pricing errors, they don't need your help. The $10 gift card was a courtesy. Not only are they under no obligation to 'reward' you, they have no need to since they simply would have cancelled the orders and pointed to their price policy that says "price was in error, too bad".

Walt Disney World #879545
Sounds like you had plenty of attitude for one. How hard is it to just move 3 inches? You may not think it's important but it's a pretty easy request from people who obviously know how much room they need parking cars day in and day out. And if moving 3 inches is going to cause you to run out of gas because you are on E, then you aren't leaving the parking lot because it's a lot more than 3 inches from any space to the exit.
As far as crossing the street this is for YOUR safety. You may "know how to cross a street" but the parking attendants are responsible for your safety, and the safety of the drivers who may try to avoid hitting you. If you get careless and get hit then you end up suing Disney for YOUR incompetence. Go figure Disney wants to avoid that.
Sounds like you did a few things wrong, your attitude sucks and if you never go back to Disney I doubt it will be a loss.

How do you know the grocery store is making a profit? They could be breaking even or possibly losing money because they sacrifice the profit on the K-cups hoping you will buy something else while you are there. Or the store themselves may have ordered too many and has to sell them off possibly at a loss. Or Walmart may have just found people are willing to pay $13 for a box of K-cups and that's what they charge. Best buy--no refund

Best Buy #879181
I wish I had a nickel for every reviewer who tried to take an item back to the retail seller after the return policy.
Let me spell it out for you:
Best Buy has a 15 day return/exchange policy. After that 15 days Best Buy does not have anything to do with the tv. If you have a problem with the tv from that point you need to talk to the manufacturer and their warranty. So no, after 15 days Best Buy is no longer responsible it is the manufacturer, that is why a warranty exists. How long do you expect a retailer to handle your warranty claim? 6 months? A year?

"That idiotic customer rep even asked me to go to HP website to return the product."
Hey genius, that is what you do when past the store's return policy and it is now an issue of a manufacturer's warranty due to defect. After Best Buy's 15 day return policy it is no longer their issue. It then becomes time for YOU to deal with the manufacturer and THEIR warranty.
How long do you expect to be able to exchange an item through Best Buy? 6 months? A year? It doesn't work that way.
You want to have people shop at Amazon instead? Sure, let's read Amazon's defective item policy:
"If your item isn't working properly, please check the product manual and Amazon.com detail page for troubleshooting steps. If you need additional help with troubleshooting, warranty information, or need missing or replacement parts, contact the product's manufacturer."
Oh look, it says if you need help contact the product's manufacturer for warranty information, the same thing BEST BUY told you to do. Target, Walmart, HHGregg, any retailer works the same way. After their designated return/exchange timeframe if anything goes wrong after that you must contact the manufacturer. Welcome to retail shopping.

Target #877652
Agreed, the store manager could have handled it better. Unfortunately there was not much he could have done in that situation. A store manager does not have the power to create a SKU. Nor does he have the power to find a similar item for the same price and charge that instead. Not only that but Target the corporation can get into major trouble for breaking a street date, and Activision/Blizzard are not the type of company to take that lightly.
But again, it certainly could have been handled better. While he couldn't sell you the game that day he could have offered a discount on the game for the following week or a free Skylander figure or some other small concession for the misinformation and upsetting your son like that.

He called my son an ungrateful brat on the way to the Toys R US. At that point we did not want to purchase anything from Target. Even though my husband tried to explain to my son that we would get the toy at Toys R Us. My son was crying. My husband was beyond furious at this time and so was I. He told my son that the employees at Target were idiots and that they did not know what they were doing. My son thought he was not going to get anything, so my husband told him he was an *** himself and that he would get the toy at Toys R Us, and if he did not stop crying he would stop the car and slap him. I told my son he was an ungrateful brat and that if he did not keep quiet he would get nothing and he would not get the game he wanted next week or ever again if he kept acting like a big baby. I know he is six years old but enough is enough. He finally stopped crying. However this incident spoiled our mood, and made us angry at our son and spoiled his mood as well. They ruined a what was going to be a pleasant experience...

The problem is when you return a purchase via the online process, Macy's gives you the option of choosing how you would like the refund credited. You are then misled to believe you will receive the refund as you requested. If they stand behind their policy, they should not need to mislead their customers. Deception does not invite customer loyalty or confidence. It is short-sighted at best.

Kohl's substituted an inferior product without consent

Kohls #876799
Ummm, you can't compare a price on eBay with the price of a retailer. eBay is an auction site where prices are determined by who is selling it. Kohls prices are determined by their cost from the manufacturer and how much they need to sell it for to make a profit. I can find designer boots on eBay for $10, that doesn't mean it's reasonable to expect Kohls or JCPenny to sell those boots to me for the same price.
You want to complain about the wrong product coming to you, fine, that is valid. But saying eBay has an item for $30 has nothing to do with anything relating to Kohls.

First off the grammar is so bad I can barely understand what this complaint is about. From what I can make out you are upset because Whole Foods kicked you out for testing out cosmetic products. Let me explain something, cosmetics are used on your body, which means you need to touch the applicator to a part of your body. Parts of your body that may have infections, fungus, rashes, disease, and many other maladies (bad things). So if somebody before you used that applicator to test the product and has an eye infection that means YOU now have an eye infection. That's gross. And that is why Whole Foods kicked you out and rightly so, because they don't want people spreading health issues by trying out cosmetics.

Learn how to estimate time.

UPS #875934
Yes, UPS realizes people work during those hours. So the only other option is to start package delivery around 4 o'clock when people start getting home. Which means people getting packages around 10 o'clock for some people or later. Frankly I don't want UPS knocking on my door at 10PM.
A delivery time estimate is just that, an estimate. There is no way for people who make that estimate to know what the driver's route looks like on delivery date, what traffic is going to look like that day, so yeah it can be off by 4 hours because it's just supposed to be an estimate not a guarantee. If UPS starts to deliver to everyone based on their individual schedules, they will be able to deliver 1/2 to 1/3 of the packages they normally do which means costs skyrocketing.
Also unless you pay for early delivery, you aren't paying for a specific time. You are paying for DELIVERY and given an estimated time as a COURTESY. And if other people are willing to pay for that early morning delivery, you get bumped back however many hours it takes. Don't like it? Pony up the cash.

Refused med refill

Walgreens #874036
A pharmacist may refuse to fill a prescription based on his or her professional judgment or for a variety of other reasons. For instance, a pharmacist may refuse to fill a prescription because of concern about a possible interaction with another drug you are taking, because he or she has questions about the dosage or because of doubts about the validity of the prescription.
If a pharmacist believes that the prescription for a controlled substance is issued for an illegitimate reason based on the answers to their questions, the pharmacist will refuse to dispense the medications. Although pharmacists are not supposed to deny prescriptions based on quantity alone, that is not necessarily the case. And yes, pharmacists do have a right to this HIPPA protected health information in case you are wondering. - See more at: http://www.healthcentral.com/chronic-pain/c/240381/161487/refusing-prescriptions/#sthash.13hanxPI.dpuf
So pharmacists do have the legal right to refuse a prescription. I am sorry you are in chronic pain, and hope you can find a pharmacist willing to work with you and your doctor, but this pharmacist has every right to say "I won't fill that prescription". Just like you have every right to take your business elsewhere.
