Go to your account with Youtube premium and see if you are still a subscriber or not. You may think you cancelled but it didn't go thru and you are still considered to be a subscriber. If it does show you as not a subscriber, then dispute the charge with your credit card issuer. That's the beauty of using a credit and not a debit card.

I see your point---YouTube TV has again raised their rates from what I read lately. You need to cancel with them directly, following their procedures to do so. An over the air antenna will bring in as many stations as are in your area but with a Roku you can access Netflix, Amazon Prime, Acorn and many, many others. Even paying for Netflix or Amazon Prime would turn out cheaper in the long run than YouTube TV.

I don’t think that is the right comment to make. It does not take 30 mins to remake an order that supposedly fell on the ground and why wouldnt the guy know I was waiting for food still. They forgot about the order and I got skipped. I get people make mistakes but not a 30 minute mistake at a fast food restaurant.

The point isn't that they are dropshippers. The point is they advertise a product on their website that they don't ship and isn't available. They have a product shipped by another company that is hugely inferior and costs less than half of what they charge for the product they don't actually have. It's called bait and switch and is a crime.

From your description of the problem(s) it appears you bought one of those expensive front load washers. Best to buy a basic, no bells and whistles appliance and when it breaks and you cannot fix it, just throw out and buy another. Much cheaper in the long run. You might do a search on your brand and model to see if anyone else has complained about the problems you are having and what, if anything you can do about it. Bottom line, however is to never buy that brand again. There seems to by alot of problems with these front load machines.

Check the documentation you received when you got the fridge. See what the manufacturer's warranty says. If it has now expired, you will get no help from Kenmore but can find a local appliance repair shop who can come out and fix it or replace the motor, etc. Call them up, explain the problem and go from there. If you must replace the fridge, remember to not buy from Sears, of course.

We used to be able to rely on these third party check providers and they were cheaper than the bank/credit unions ones. However, those days are gone. Order new checks from your financial institution and pay the higher price. At least, if something goes wrong with them you can wander into the bank and fix the problem.

You don't need a "refund" when using a credit card. Just call the number on the back of the card and report the charges as fraudulent. They can close out that card and issue a new one, etc. That's the safety of a credit card as opposed to a debit card.

You didn't have to order a more expensive one. All you had to do was tell them to refund your money. BTW: use a credit card from now on. They are charging a fee for early termination because you signed a contract for a certain length of time with the proviso of an early termination fee if you cancelled. You signed it and unless they agree to waive it, you are stuck. Of course, you can cancel and not pay the fee, but you have to judge what the repercussions---if any---will be.

Kellogg owned Keebler until early 2019 when it was sold to an Italian company. Always use a credit card online, never a debit card or similar and then stick with websites that offer good customer service with returns, etc. We assume, from the length of time to deliver to you that it came from China. Sounds more like you bought a used car and they told you they warranted it for a certain period of time. A warranty does not cover oil changes or fluid fills unless the seller gave you a couple of free oil changes when you purchased the car. Best to do this: buy a couple of quarts of the proper oil and fill the engine with enough to take the dipstick to the full level. Drive the car a few days and then check it again. If the oil level is low, then you have a problem with the car using far too much oil---meaning something is wrong with the engine. At that point, if it is still under "warranty" then take it to the seller and have them fix it under warranty. With so little info as to age and model of car, etc. it is hard to provide more info for you.

Probably a distribution problem somewhere along the line from factory to the store. Or, it may even be that the stores have discontinued Popsicle brand products for who knows why. Ask the store if Popsicle brand is on their order list. They can look it up. If they are ordering it but not getting it, you know the problem isn't with the store but somewhere else---and, there isn't much you can do about it but complain to Popsicle corporate and see what they say. Best to have Spectrum send a monthly statement and then pay it by check of even a charge card if you must. Never any other way. In your situation, they have your money and you have little recourse.
