Go to your account with Youtube premium and see if you are still a subscriber or not. You may think you cancelled but it didn't go thru and you are still considered to be a subscriber. If it does show you as not a subscriber, then dispute the charge with your credit card issuer. That's the beauty of using a credit and not a debit card.

I see your point---YouTube TV has again raised their rates from what I read lately. You need to cancel with them directly, following their procedures to do so. An over the air antenna will bring in as many stations as are in your area but with a Roku you can access Netflix, Amazon Prime, Acorn and many, many others. Even paying for Netflix or Amazon Prime would turn out cheaper in the long run than YouTube TV.

You now need to re-evaluate your trust in these people. Remember this come November.

You didn't say what method you used to purchase it. If you were wise and used a credit card, just dispute the charge and explain the situation, ie., not as described and no way to contact them.

The problem nowadays for retailers is finding employees who have some common sense but don't mind doing the job they were hired to do. Find another store to shop at. You should have complained right then and there to the manager.

The situation you describe whereby one company sells a product online but actually another company has it in inventory and ships it out to you is increasingly common. Sometimes it is best to ship at a site that has good return policies, eg., Amazon.

This happens but the bottom line is that you would probably be better to not buy these home or any other kind of warranty and just save the money you would spend on them for when something breaks and you have to call someone to fix it.

From your description of the problem(s) it appears you bought one of those expensive front load washers. Best to buy a basic, no bells and whistles appliance and when it breaks and you cannot fix it, just throw out and buy another. Much cheaper in the long run. You might do a search on your brand and model to see if anyone else has complained about the problems you are having and what, if anything you can do about it. Bottom line, however is to never buy that brand again. There seems to by alot of problems with these front load machines.

Red Lobster has a corporate website. Go there and contact them with a complaint about this location and the manager. Give them names and location, etc.

Check the documentation you received when you got the fridge. See what the manufacturer's warranty says. If it has now expired, you will get no help from Kenmore but can find a local appliance repair shop who can come out and fix it or replace the motor, etc. Call them up, explain the problem and go from there. If you must replace the fridge, remember to not buy from Sears, of course.

Best to never buy a battery from Walmart. There are many places that sell batteries and usually the best place to buy is from a local store other than Walmart where customer service is better and they tend to handle a better brand of batteries to begin with.

The people fulfilling the new checks order fulfill it solely based on the info you input. Somewhere along the line things got scrambled and were printed up wrong. We used to be able to rely on these third party check providers and they were cheaper than the bank/credit unions ones. However, those days are gone. Order new checks from your financial institution and pay the higher price. At least, if something goes wrong with them you can wander into the bank and fix the problem.

You don't need a "refund" when using a credit card. Just call the number on the back of the card and report the charges as fraudulent. They can close out that card and issue a new one, etc. That's the safety of a credit card as opposed to a debit card.

Nabisco is having some problems with it's products, most likely as a result of cost-cutting and the need of some employees to change things with their products. What worked in years past has no meaning to these people. Best to find alternatives to their products as needed.

Roku makes a good product and, over the years has vastly improved their machines. However, their customer service is limited to the extent that is is rather useless when something other than a simple solution is required. Find someone who is more familiar with Roku and/or the platform you are using to access movies. With experience you learn more and more how to solve problems with Roku.

Rather bad customer service and Sherwin Williams specializes in paint? Best to buy pain elsewhere if that is the attitude of employees. You should have complained to the store manager and had him mix the paint prior to firing the lazy employee.

No, you weren't scammed to get a higher price. There was a mistake by someone at Office Depot and the rep you talked to got the problem correct. Office Depot messed up. You didn't have to order a more expensive one. All you had to do was tell them to refund your money. BTW: use a credit card from now on. You can now appreciate why using a debit card can be so dangerous.

Bottom line: even if Shaw Cable imposes a charge for a non-returned item and given the apparent age of your mother, just ignore the charge and any subsequent dunning letters and/or calls from anyone. They are charging a fee for early termination because you signed a contract for a certain length of time with the proviso of an early termination fee if you cancelled. You signed it and unless they agree to waive it, you are stuck. Of course, you can cancel and not pay the fee, but you have to judge what the repercussions---if any---will be.

Be aware that the people processing payments only do that, nothing more and just bin whatever is extraneous---like notes from customers. As for Comcast, best to change providers if at all possible, even if you have to pay more.

Best to just find another cracker. Customer service at most large corporations is virtually non-existent nowadays. They don't care. Why give them your business? Kellogg owned Keebler until early 2019 when it was sold to an Italian company. Kellogg retained the rights to some branded products like crackers, so we are unsure what is going on with the cracker products, at least in regards to customer service and the apparent unreliability of product quality.

When you buy on a site like ebay rather than from, say Amazon.com and then compound your error by using a debit card or otherwise paying for it with no guarantee if something goes wrong, this happens. Always use a credit card online, never a debit card or similar and then stick with websites that offer good customer service with returns, etc. We assume, from the length of time to deliver to you that it came from China. Sounds more like you bought a used car and they told you they warranted it for a certain period of time. A warranty does not cover oil changes or fluid fills unless the seller gave you a couple of free oil changes when you purchased the car. Best to do this: buy a couple of quarts of the proper oil and fill the engine with enough to take the dipstick to the full level. Drive the car a few days and then check it again. If the oil level is low, then you have a problem with the car using far too much oil---meaning something is wrong with the engine. At that point, if it is still under "warranty" then take it to the seller and have them fix it under warranty. With so little info as to age and model of car, etc. it is hard to provide more info for you.

With the proliferation of pharmacies at just about every street corner nowadays, there is no need to shop at a pharmacy that provides lousy customer service. Change where you get your scripts.

Probably a distribution problem somewhere along the line from factory to the store. Or, it may even be that the stores have discontinued Popsicle brand products for who knows why.
