Assuming you were wise and paid via a credit and not a debit card, dispute the charge and provide the return receipt info to the card issuer. If you used a debit or similar card you may still be able to dispute it but the odds are against you and the wait time for a refund may take some time. Good advice about never buying direct from Roku. Best to buy---and for the same or even less cost from Amazon.

You need to speak to one of their tech people. They are familiar with their programs as they built it and understand how it works and any problems with it. The regular customer service people have no clue when something like this happens. BTW, make sure you don't use a debit card or give them your bank account info, etc. if you ever succeed in setting up the account----pay by credit card. Much safer. You really don't want them to have instant access to your bank account.

You can file a complaint with the appropriate regulatory agency of your state. Go to the state's main website and find the appropriate agency for consumer complaints, auto complaints, etc. Sounds like you fell for one of the oldest scams in the auto repair industry. You might want to talk to friends, etc. about where you can find a local auto repair shop that is not unscrupulous. A 2002 Buick is getting old and things will certainly be failing but to go to a place for a battery replacement and have them con you into all those repairs is unreasonable. A good, honest mechanic will not do this.

At this point you aren't going to get any help from their customer service---which is common most of the time anyway. Try doing a search online for "bowflex(insert model number) and the part you need either by name of the part or the part number itself. Somebody may sell it online. Check Amazon with the same terms. I suspect some company out there sells parts that will work. Gotta search for it, tho. Or, if you know an electrician, see if he can bypass the start switch by leaving it in the "on" position and you just plug in and unplug the machine to use, etc. Seems like you should be able to bypass the switch somehow. I do this on my tractors that have all those "safety" switches on them.

Actually, Cabela's did not "violate" your rights under the 2nd Amendment. Re-read it and you will see it pertains to the government, not a private enterprise. Same as with the 1st Amendment. The government cannot restrict freedom of speech. Says nothing about a private enterprise. That said, I would strike Cabela's off my list of places to shop. They obviously know little about black powder weapons or how to treat customers. Find a local gun shop or try Gander Outdoors, etc. Personally, I always try to patronize a local store, not a big box one. Good to get to know the guys and get better service, etc. A few dollars more won't break you. Why give it to Cabela's?

I have tried Weaver microwave popcorn and didn't care for the oils and such they use. When I make microwave popcorn, the best I have found is Pop Secret, in particular the Homestyle one. They use oil and other strange ingredients that taste better. However, even tho the package says it has butter in it, I always heat up some butter, mixed with some bacon grease as a topping. Great tasting. The best way to make popcorn, of course is to use white popcorn and pop it yourself in a sauce pan or an electric corn popper---not a microwave popper---with coconut oil instead of any other kind of oil. Tastes and smells just like movie theater popcorn of old. White popcorn is more tender, far less hulls and better tasting than the yellow popcorn found in most microwave popcorn brands.

Another dissatisfied customer wanting to join a class action lawsuit. Good luck on that. The lawn burned because the fertilizer/water concentration was too high or over-sprayed. Best thing to do is never hire anyone to spray anything on your lawn but to do it yourself. You can buy a fertilizer spreader relatively cheap and use for many years. Buy bags of fertilizer in late fall or early spring and apply once either spring or fall. That's usually enough. Over-spraying like TruGreen and others do is not only an expensive way to fertilize your lawn but, given you never know just how careful these companies are with your lawn. You can help your father with this once a year, can you not? He may even put you in his will.

You probably agreed to "continuous service" or automatic renewal when subscribing. This is a common scam among magazines nowadays. Your problem started when you failed to notice this feature of subscribing and was compounded by use of a debit card. Never, ever pay for a magazine subscription by credit or debit card. Always have them bill you and once you start receiving the magazine just pay the invoice via a check. This way they have no way of getting your money at the higher renewal rate when the year ends.
