Waiting 1.1 hours to speak to a customer service rep is a mark of a company that cares not for you or your business. You might try searching the internet for solutions to the problems you are having. Use the brand and model number of the printers to see if others have had similar problems and for any solutions---other than never buying a Brothers product again.

You are correct---this keyboard is not cheap. I have had keyboards last many years without loss of letters/numbers, etc. and some from major brands that are terrible, as in your experience. Guess it depends on who actually made them in some foreign land. I always keep a couple of cheap ones on hand that I get on clearance at stores just for this eventuality. Some of my best ones I got at a Dollar Tree store for a dollar a few years ago. They work very well and have withstood the ravages of children using them daily. Now, that was a bargain.

As long as you use a credit and not a debit card online and if you monitor the card activity regularly there is no problem. You are not responsible for fraudulent charges and most card issuers are very good about this. That said, if you want to buy a firearm do consider just wandering into a local gun shop and buy from them. Better service and better help if needed in addition to good advice from people who know their business and can help you with tips, etc. You might also want to check out Bud's Gun Shop at this complaint site. Have seen many reviews on them.

The manufacturer of the bags is probably trying to save money and thus avoiding any excess plastic used and thus the bags are a bit too small for many trash containers. As a hint for you and others on blood thinners: go to a drugstore or a store like Walmart or even a dollar store(sometimes) and buy a couple of "styptic pencils" as they were once known. They are an old-time method to quickly stop bleeding from shaving. It can be called other things depending on who makes them but can be found in the shaving section. They are cheap but very effective for small cuts. Wet it with water and then apply directly to the wound. Results are almost immediate. Continue applying until the bleeding stops.

Bottom line: consider most tools nowadays as "throwaways" and when they break and you can't personally fix them just throw away and buy another of a different brand. You expect too much. Roku has terrible customer service. You can learn all about Roku online. Just do a search and you will find more info about the good and bad of them. They are relatively cheap and useful as well as effective. They are fairly easy to set up. BTW, if you do buy one they will want you to give them a credit or debit card number. This is not required and you can call the number they give you bypass this. I set up a Paypal account years ago when some company wanted to send me money for something I won. I opened the account with the $50 they awarded me and just left it there to keep the account open. I gave Roku the Paypal account instead of a card, etc.

Since they have your bank account info you best move quickly before they use it to take the money. As for your wife, best to start training her to just say no to everyone about anything on the phone and tell them her husband handles all this and that she is not allowed to give out any info over the phone and they can call back and talk to you. Some of us learned this early on in our marriage. Eventually, with repetition your wife will get it. Comes the dawn. We commiserate.

You made a mistake in using a debit card. They have your money. Always wise to use a credit card so you don't have to pay it till the end of the month which gives you time to check your charge account after you use it and then dispute any charges. That said, you can still dispute the debit. Go to your debit card's website, log into your account and find out how to dispute the debit. However, don't hold your breathe waiting for a quick resolution. It may take some time for a resolution one way or t'other.

They and many other services go by billing date. Even Netflix does this. For example, if your billing date is on the 9th of the month it runs from that date to the 8th of the next month. If you cancel on the 9th or 10th, say of the month you pay for the whole next billing cycle in advance with no refund for unused days. This is the relatively new trick they play. What was logical in years past is now gone by the wayside. Good that you cancelled the Charter/Spectrum telly service---far too expensive---but their internet cable is still very good and reliable, at least in my area. I dropped the telly service a few years ago, got Netflix, Amazon Prime and Acorn along with a Roku box for less than a hundred dollars and get all the news and movies, etc. I will ever need. Paying for cable tv is really a waste of money. If you are of a mind to, you can also get the Netflix dvd rental and either watch the dvds or do some research and find out how to actually copy the dvds with the many options out there.

You might also try calling around to appliance repair places in your area to see if they know of anyone servicing these units. Gotta do your own research. Relying on AHS is problematical in normal cases given the contractors they seemingly pick out of nowhere but for a high-end appliance will be impossible, methinks.
