Seeking Arrangement - Need help with account.

Hi, My account was recently suspended because someone got my credit card information & made purchases with my card online. When I disputed the charges with my bank I had told them which charges were mine & which were not. I wad specific about this & gave them both the names seeking.con uses for their payment processing. But my bank failed to follow my instructions and went ahead and apparently disputed ALL of the charges during the timeline (4 days) of when I had noticed my card was being used. I emailed support asking where I can go to remake the payment so I don't have a balance. Help ? How do I private message you?

User's recommendation: I have no complaints about Seeking.com. Always has been a solid experience. Wish there was a support phone number.
