Led Outfitters - Disgusting Service

I had three separate orders and all of them came destroyed and opened. They were all missing parts and I notified customer service. Granted, customer service sent out replacement parts but still I was missing parts. I asked to return these and they told me that I was responsible for the return shipping. I called and spoke to a very rude and ignorant gentleman who told me he was going to a meeting and did not have time to talk to me. I will not pay to return something that I was not responsible for, seeing that I received these as damaged product.

User's recommendation: STAY AWAY.

I am a DIE-HARD Samsung customer (well until recently I was). I mean I have Samsung everything. Phones, TV's, Microwave, Washer/Dryer, Fridge, Freezer. When Samsung releases a new phone it's usually in my hands within the first few days! I even gave them another shot after the exploding phone fiasco with the Note 7. I have been trying to get a hold of the Samsung S8+ for two weeks and have been very unsuccessful. Their website keeps crashing and I sat on hold with their sales team for 3 1/2 hours today before being cut off - I WAS PISSED! I walked into a Best Buy and spoke to a Samsung rep directly who was RAF (Rude as *** and told me "We're sold out, you have to wait". I asked when they would have them back in stock and she stated, "When we have them". She had the WORST attitude ever and it took everything in my power from not letting the New Yorker in me come out. Mind you this was a Samsung rep, NOT a Best Buy rep! I told her I was a die-hard customer and had everything Samsung to which she shrugged her shoulders and said "So". I told her to go to *** and walked away. I literally just paid off my Samsung S7 Edge but I am so pissed right now I went right home and listed my unlocked S7 Edge online and it sold within minutes. I don't want anything to do with Samsung anymore - period! EVERYTHING in my house made my Samsung is going out!! In fact my Washer/Dryer combo is only 3 weeks old and I already have Lowes coming to pick them up and I am returning them. I posted my TV online and it sold within minutes and I am preparing to get rid of all the other Samsung garbage in my house. I have over $15,000 worth of Samsung equipment and appliances in my house and by next week I will be rid of it all, even if I have to throw it on the curb! Samsung can kiss my A$$!!!!

Hare Chevrolet Sucks!!

I initially submitted a finance application in November. A few days later a sales rep by the name of Chad called me and we discussed what vehicle I was looking for. After more than three voicemails and two emails to Chad inquiring to see if he had found something for me and getting no response I decided to go to the dealership myself. When I got there he stated he did not have time to talk to me and pointed me in the direction of where his pre-owned vehicles were that I was looking for and he went back inside. I walked around for a few minutes and didn't find anything and walked back into the dealership. I approached the customer service staff and asked if there was another sales rep that I can deal with. A sales rep by the name of Joe stated he also not have time as he had to take another sales rep to the airport. We did exchange phone numbers and he said he would call me when he got back. He texted me a couple of hours later and said that he was on his way and he would call me when he got back when I called him and said that I had to leave the area. After more than 2 more hours I finally decided to come back to the dealership to which I see him sitting at his desk. He brought me out to the vehicle that I was initially looking and gave me the keys and a dealer plate for a vehicle and said I'll see you when you get back and walked back inside. I decided this vehicle was not the right vehicle for me and gave all the details of this vehicle requirements that I was looking for to Joe. He stated he would call me the very next day and give me the information on any vehicle said he had an inventory or en route to his dealership. I even told Joe that I had $10,000 cash to put down for a vehicle. It is now 4 days later and I've yet to hear back from Joe. I take it from their lack of professionalism and complete disregard for my time as a consumer they do not want my business. I will be going somewhere else to buy a $30,000 SUV. Sorry Hare but you had your chance!! my advice to anybody seeking a new or pre-owned vehicle. Do not go to Hare Chevrolet! If their sales staff is this unresponsive I'd hate to see what their service department is like.
