I am a DIE-HARD Samsung customer (well until recently I was). I mean I have Samsung everything. Phones, TV's, Microwave, Washer/Dryer, Fridge, Freezer. When Samsung releases a new phone it's usually in my hands within the first few days! I even gave them another shot after the exploding phone fiasco with the Note 7. I have been trying to get a hold of the Samsung S8+ for two weeks and have been very unsuccessful. Their website keeps crashing and I sat on hold with their sales team for 3 1/2 hours today before being cut off - I WAS PISSED! I walked into a Best Buy and spoke to a Samsung rep directly who was RAF (Rude as *** and told me "We're sold out, you have to wait". I asked when they would have them back in stock and she stated, "When we have them". She had the WORST attitude ever and it took everything in my power from not letting the New Yorker in me come out. Mind you this was a Samsung rep, NOT a Best Buy rep! I told her I was a die-hard customer and had everything Samsung to which she shrugged her shoulders and said "So". I told her to go to *** and walked away. I literally just paid off my Samsung S7 Edge but I am so pissed right now I went right home and listed my unlocked S7 Edge online and it sold within minutes. I don't want anything to do with Samsung anymore - period! EVERYTHING in my house made my Samsung is going out!! In fact my Washer/Dryer combo is only 3 weeks old and I already have Lowes coming to pick them up and I am returning them. I posted my TV online and it sold within minutes and I am preparing to get rid of all the other Samsung garbage in my house. I have over $15,000 worth of Samsung equipment and appliances in my house and by next week I will be rid of it all, even if I have to throw it on the curb! Samsung can kiss my A$$!!!!
