Mia, Thank you for your reply. I've already done those things. Engaged in a chat yesterday with one of Net-10's agents, who frankly didn't accomplish anything to resolve, de-confuse or otherwise mitigate the issue. I am really fed up with Net-10's customer service. The reps I've spoken with (6 of them if I remember correctly) were all very polite, but didn't have answers or resolutions. I still can't get my minutes balance because while My Account page on your web site says "60 day/300 minute", the representatives all say they show "unlimited talk and text, and 499.93 MB of data remaining". My service expiration date has changed four times in the last 8 days, all by "adjustments" by your representatives. If you folks can't get it right: a) get your web site My Account" page to agree with what your representatives are telling me; b) if that's 60 day/300 minute, give me an accurate balance displayed on my new device; c) if it's unlimited talk and text and 500 MB data per month, then tell me that; I will have to make some hard choices come expiration date. My wife's Verizon has an additional line deal that will cost me about $18/month with unlimited talk and text, plus share her data (which I don't need anyway).
