Thanks I just switched to another provider. I do understand the process, but I do feel for future references after an account is fully authenticated,in a case of a lost phone you should have access being that it asks you to provide frequently called numbers in the last 60 days.

Alex, I can appreciate your responding to the review and complaint I filed. I bought the phone in June 2023. It didn't work when I bought it, and the options that i wanted weren't available to me. Now, after 6 months of the company having my money, and having my phone ( because I returned it to them) now they send me the exact same phone that i had before that does not have what I bought and paid for. And this only happened after I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and this site. I'm fed up to my neck from the phone calls from tracfone, the hang ups, the unintelligible conversations, the call backs. You'll need to reach out to me. I refuse to sit on hold again for another 30 minutes to be handled by rude and very ignorant representatives. The only solution is an immediate refund since my money was taken immediately. I will not be using this service EVER again due to the lack of customer care and the worst service I've ever dealt with.
