I think my problems are finally taken care of. I'm certainly frustrated that it took so much time and effort on my part. There's really NO good excuse for that. There was never any sign that they escalated my case. But I finally got hold of a support person who seems to have managed to get my account straightened out. Tracfone may offer me something for my aggravation. Time will tell. But whether they do or not, I'm happy just to get this resolved. I've been a Tracfone customer for nearly two decades and I really didn't want to switch. Tracfone service isn't perfect. I have areas around me where there's no signal. But overall, what they offer (especially the deals through QVC) has worked very well for my needs through the years.

I STARTED with chat, that was back in the middle of November. Close to three months ago. They sent me to phone support, because chat personnel apparently have ZERO power to fix this. It turns out the people that I've been getting on the phone are little better. The "executive resolution team" has been equally frustrating. I'm currently waiting to hear back from them AGAIN, but I'm running out of time. When I run out of days in about three weeks, I'm going with another provider. After nearly twenty years with Tracfone, I was theirs to lose. And it certainly appears that's the way it's going to work out.
