Even with the functioning link you provided, you have misled everyone here into think that I could get help. All the link does is take you to is your "Contact Us" page! Did I not make it clear that I HAVE contacted you on numerous occasions with no help forthcoming at any point. I even spoke to "Alex", and she was condescending and downright rude-No help! However, if this is a sincere effort to help, (which I doubt with every fiber of my being) I can be reached at 717-322-**** daily. But don't waste my time or yours with any offer of compromise or anything less than a full refund. And don't forget, I cannot provide the phone number that you file everything under because I never ever even heard of Simple Mobile until I saw it on my bank statements! Fix this then call me!

This is a generic response telling me to contact Straight talk customer service AGAIN. What are they going to do for me today that they couldn't do Friday? Are they going to tell me a different lie today? I agreed to accept a comparable model, they tell me they don't have that either. There is a Galaxy Ao2s, and a Galaxy A12 available on your Website Why not one of those? Or better yet, after waiting more than 3 months, you send me a BETTER model? My ticket # is 125 394 ****. My service end date is 8/13. If u can not provide me with a replacement phone I will have to stop doing business with you after 15 years as a customer. This is not acceptable. If I have to buy another phone, It will not be through Straighttalk or any other Verizon owned companies. Very bad business practices. I'm done. Have someone call me. Preferably with the tracking number of my replacement phone. I don't care if you have to order it from Amazon.

Your response Maria is much appreciated! However, until actually giving the true support to your customers as they deserve becomes your business priority in the practical matters of why they contact you for support in the first place, then I do not foresee good things for Tracfone, StraightTalk and Walmart communication services. I still have not yet received the refund for $53.49, though many promises have been made over the last 2 months. I hope this matter resolves soon. Thank you for at least taking the time to respond.
