MyPillow - Terrible pillow!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
This pillow feels like someone took different sized chunks of foam, stuck them inside a pillowcase and sewed them inside. It is so uncomfortable! This 'pillow' either lumps up in an uncomfortable wad OR the pieces move apart causing part of your head to be flat on the bed and other parts on the lumpy foam - creating a very uncomfortable and awkward situation. My neck hurt every night I used it. I am SO disappointed! Unfortunately we were in the middle of moving and someone threw the box away so I could not return it - so now I am at like 75 days. I might as well of thrown our $50 out the window. DO NOT waste your money on this pillow!

I will tell you Ashley. Furniture sells a very good memory foam pillow it's made with memory foam I've had her for six months and I have no neck pain whatsoever they have three different levels of comfort so if you want to good pillow and I made really good pillow go to Ashley's furniture the most unlikely place but they have the best memory foam pillows and try them I'm a person that has a sensitive neck and it doesn't take much for my neck to get thrown off stiff clamp and have pains and headaches all of this stoped

Art Van Furniture - Damaged couch and door frame during delivery

We recently purchased a couch and 2 recliners from you. The delivery was yesterday. We returned the couch due to damage during delivery. I told the delivery guys that the back would have to be taken off the couch before getting it through the doorway. The one younger man seemed receptive to this but the older one did not. He said they'd be fine. After getting stuck and much jamming the couch in the doorway they removed the back cushions as I had suggested. After they placed the couch I saw that they had damaged our door frame and the couch. The older delivery man then spit on his finger and rubbed the couch trying to make the damage disappear. I was shocked! I asked him, "did you just spit on your finger and rub it on my couch?" He then asked for a wet towel. I told him forget it - I do not want this damaged couch (gouge in handle & thinned material on side). They took it. The younger man came back in and apologized. He advised us to call Art Van and said they would put in a report. My wife called and they said they'd get back with us Monday. They did not - we had to call them. When we spoke with the same guy again you could tell he did not give a ***. It was like we were an inconvenience. The only person to ever apologize was the younger delivery guy - no one else at your store cared enough to. Delivery is suppose to be Wednesday now. We are contemplating cancelling the couch and buying elsewhere - where our business is appreciated. A company that would call us back and set things up as they said they would. Where our home wont be damaged during delivery and saliva put on our furniture as a fix. We do feel a bit bad for your delivery guys - Sunday was a bad day and they got stuck in the snow at least twice - but it still does not excuse it or the way the people in the show room behaved.
