I am being charged when I said to cancel. They offered to charge $79 anyway and refused to refund and keep sending me weird emails.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Sent letter to customer relations and to Pissed

I ordered sz 16 on shirt and capris...I looked at the order later and found the order changed the capris to sz 4!

These were on sale now customer service tells me to return them and buy another pair which are not available now in my size.

Now, Im stuck with capris I cannot wear

I would like assurance that Talbots will accept the return
