Crystal Springs Water Delivery The Worst Ever...!

I was looking to have purified 5 gallon water delivery to my residence and I found this company on the internet that they deliver every 2 weeks and you get a cooler from them as well. My first delivery was fine and 4 bottles were delivered along with the cooler and the driver installed the cooler and I thought I was all set. I had to print out the delivery schedule as they only deliver every 2 weeks so I ordered another 4 bottles for my next delivery, however it ever showed. I left the empty 5 gallon bottles on my porch and when I came home from work the empties were still there and I was not sure why there was no delivery. The next morning I called them and they informed me the driver for my route had called in sick and was not able to deliver that day and rescheduled me for another 3 days and water delivery would be performed. 3 days later I put the empty bottles out on my porch again and when I came home from work the empty bottles were still there and now I was angry for sure as no one from the company called me about anything. So I decided to call them one more time and now when I get someone on the phone they had a real attitude problem and informed me my purified water was delivered and I clearly informed the individual who had the intelligence of a head of lettuce, there was no water delivery as if there was I would not be calling. The imbecile put me on hold and I was waiting for at least 15 minutes then the called got disconnected by them. I became so fed up I took the 4 empty 5 gallon bottles and threw them right into the street and I came back in the house, unplugged the cooler and took that outside and threw that right into the street as well and I put an end to the entire continuous problem with this horrible water delivery company for sure. WARNING DO NOT GET CRYSTAL SPRINGS WATER!!!!! The worst water delivery ever don't fall into there trap for giving you these fake deals.

So many problems with them 1 They deliver late and drop it off at the street and leave without picking up empty bottles which they then charge you for that. 2 they say your charges will be a certain amount every month which is doubled the amount they said it would be.

3 They don't refund the deposit security 4 it took them 6 months to pick up there broken cooler and empty bottles. 5 they carge you $300 for someone to come over for the bottles being at home and claim they will refund it after they receive the bottles they never refunded the money closed the accounts I they won't give the money on top of that they made charges every month even after the account was closed and transferred it to collections!!

Sorry to hear of your bad experience. But without returning the equipment, you will be charged the full price of the cooler plus the bottle deposits @ 6 or 7 dollars a piece.

The total could be well over $500.00.

Your account will go into collections and ultimately could lead to a judgement against you in court, and can garnish your pay. I would return all that stuff asap

The Credit People Credit Repair Company Orlando, Florida

I was looking for a decent credit repair company and I was browsing on the internet and came across this company. I had requested a free consultation so I emailed them at their company website. 2 business days later I received a phone call from a customer service person from them. We were on the phone about 20 minutes and I explained my circumstances as I had gone through really bad divorce. At the conclusion of the free consultation I was offered a monthly payment plan of $99.95 a month for 4 months and after that I would be paid with them in full and no mater how much longer it took them to correct any and all errors on my credit reports Experian, Equifax and Trans Union I would not have to pay any further fees. I was satisfied with the free consultation and sent them the first payment to them via certified check. They received it about 5 days later and I was called that they did received my first payment and would start working on my credit errors and problems and to save me time they instructed me to go to go a website when a consumer is permitted to obtain a free annual 3 credit bureau credit report. I followed what they told me to do and after I received it I uploaded it to their secure website. I was called again and I was informed they got it and one of their credit investigators was going to be immediately working on it and I will be contacted in about 2 to 3 weeks to inform me of any progress or status of my situation. It was now time to send them the second payment of $99.95 and I paid them exactly the same way I did with the first payment. Well, instead of keep going on and on with this, 4 months had passed and I had paid in full and there wasn't any results at all. In turn I emailed them on there secure website on what was going on as I was upset as I did not hear anything at all and my bill was paid in full and I have all the receipts to back it up. All I kept getting was emails stating I had to wait for this and wait for that and for some reason I felt deep down inside something was not right and for sure it wasn't. I let this go on for about another 6 months and now my patience had run out and I was on the brink. I sent them another email stating I wanted all my money back immediately and if I do not receive a check in the U.S. mail in the next 7 to 10 business days I am going to contact the State Attorney Generals office in my State and then file a complaint with the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) in Washington, D.C. as well for consumer fraud. I never heard anything back from them and never received my refund check back. In turn I filed every complaint that I could do legally against them in order to get my funds back. This is nothing but another elaborate internet scam or scheme and they are nothing but another bunch of cyber criminals. They should all be arrested, prosecuted and put in prison for what they have done to me and other people as well. I am warning you up front. Do not attempt to use this company or anyone associated with it as you will get screwed and burned for sure. Live and learn. Here is where they are supposedly located. I used The Credit People and got great results. And they say right on their website what the pricing is (and nowhere does it say they charge $99.00 a month) That's Lexington

My story is the same! Nothing done, just stolen my money.

Since you mailed yours through US Mail you can contact the US Postal Inspector since it's now mail fraud. I've reported them to the authorities and was encouraged to tell other victims to do the same.

Tom, I totally understand and can relate to what you have posted here. As well, I tried 2 other online credit repair companies, Lexington Law and CreditRepair.com as the both of them took my money and did nothing at all except kept feeding me stories, lies, excuses and other associated non-sense.

Every single time I spoke online with one of their customer service agents they had the intelligence of a head of lettuce and pathetic to the letter.

In all essence here I do not blame these companies but who really is at fault here is the Federal and State Governments as they let these online businesses continue to operate like this scamming and ripping people off. If the authorities fully investigated these companies and fully prosecuted the owners of these companies and shut them down it would stop a significant amount of individuals being scammed and ripped off.

But you want to know why the Federal and State Governments don't do anything about it...?

Because that would be the right thing to do. Best of luck to you...

Great news for sure and embarass them so bad on the radio they go out of business as they are nothing but a bunch of theives and conartists that still owe me over $600.00 and I know I will never see it again. Nothing will Repair Your credit but time. After 7 years you can ask for the bad stuff to come off yourself. Then you start over again paying your Bills on time the next go round

After six years they sell it to another company, and they file it new, and the seven year limit NEVER ends. This has been going on with me for years now.

I haven't a break from this horrible harrassment in over 15 years.

I even paid off a vehicle of $10,000 on time, and still my credit is concidered bad. It is so wrong that people can never get ahead with a government allowing this horrible thing to happen to good people.

PayPal - Hold on my funds.

I recently had added some funds to my paypal account using a moneypak I purchased from a local CVS. I added the funds successfully to my account and also I already had funds in my account from sales on EBay. Well, I attempted to withdraw some funds and transfer them to my bank account which was already verified thru the PayPal system. I went to the screen to withdraw only $100.00 and I get this message, "Your account is limited and you are not allowed to withdraw any funds until the issue is resolved and go to the resolution center to resolve it. So I went to this resolution center online they have and it informed me there is a limitation on your account to due to your account associated with another email address. I looked at the email address they were stating was associated with my account and I had never seen or used this email address. So not knowing of this I went to the screen to contact PayPal and I pressed on the "Call Us" button. I got back a toll free number with a 6 digit code for a one time free call. Like anything else I got this automated system and if asked me what my issue was and how to direct my call. Finally and there are miracles I was actually speaking to flesh and blood on the other end of the phone. I explained professionally to this individual what the situation was and he was bringing up and reviewing my account. He came back and told me the limitation is there due to your account being associated with another email address. I informed him I do not know of this email address or ever had it or used it. He informed me that until I pay off the balance owed to PayPal from this email address the limitation will remain on my account. My voice started to become more stern about it and he knew I was upset about this. I asked him why would I owe a balance on another email address that I have never had. He replied there is nothing I can do to assist you any further. I replied to him and informed him you are holding my money hostage in your PayPal system due to a balance from another email address I never had...? He replied, you will have to contact our legal department in order to correct this. I replied alright what is there address and land line telephone number...? He gave me the address and then told me I can't give you a phone number as they do not have one. I said to him, no telephone number who do you think you are trying to lie to here...? He said, they have no telephone number and is there anything I can do for you and if not have a good day then hung up. Pissed wasn't the word, livid was more of the term. I couldn't believe the way I was treated, plus these Bastards are holding my money and saying I owe money for another email address associated with my account. Instead of getting more angry by the minute. I picked up the phone and called my private attorney, got him on the phone, explained the entire situation to him. He indicated to come into his office tomorrow to start and commence immediate legal action and civil lawsuit against PayPal immediately as that was the only was to legally resolve it. Don't use PayPal as sooner or later you will be burned for sure...!

PAYPAL HAS A POLICY OF SLOWLY NICKLE AND DIMING THE SELLER, UNTIL HE WISES UP. THE SO CALLED 2.9% PLUS $.30 IS ACTUALLY 6% ON ALL SMALL AMOUNTS.

ADD THAT TO THE 10% PLUS THAT E BAY TAKES AND YOU HAVE A COMPANY THAT CHEATS EVERYONE.

SINCE PAYPAL AND E BAY ARE ONE COMPANY, THEY ARE DOUBLE DIPPING THE SELLER, FORCING THEM TO ADD MORE AND MORE COST TO EACH ITEM, ESPECIALLY SINCE MOST ITEMS ARE IN THE LOWER PRICED CATEGORY. MAYBE THAT'S WHY E BAY IS LAYING OFF SO MANY EMPLOYEES.

Telecheck - All My Records Were Clear And Check Still Not Honored...

I had called this so called Telecheck company who processes check for merchants and stores all across the United States and I inquired with the CSR if my record and history with them was clear as I wanted to write a check. After being on the phone for at least 15 minutes the CSR had run my Drivers License and informed me there was nothing negative on there records. Then the CSR ran my Social Security number and again I was told there was nothing negative against me. Finally the CSR had asked me the routing number and account number of the account I wanted to write a check against. Again I was told there was nothing wrong with my check. I knew the whole time there was nothing wrong with my check as on that date I had a balance of about $21,000.00 in my account. So that night I decided to go food shopping at my local Stop & Shop. I did my food shopping and went to the checkout to pay for my order and the total was about $160.00. I wrote out the check payable to Stop & Shop and gave the cashier my check, (Which was verified earlier in the day by Telecheck) along with my valid drivers license. The cashier ran the scan thru the check scanner they have and I was waiting for my receipt and the cashier informed me there was a problem with my check and they could not accept it. I was pissed beyond pissed. I still had the number in my phone for Telecheck customer service from when I had called them earlier in the day and I called them right. I got this person on the phone who had about the intelligence of a head of lettuce. I explained to this imbecile that I called earlier in the day and my check was verified and approved. The imbecile had the gall, nerve and audacity to say to me on the phone, "Sir, your check is completely good, however we can not accept it as you do not have a history with us and you will have to use another form of payment". I in turn replied, "You people verified my check earlier in the day and you informed me I could write a check with no problem and now I am in the store you are telling me you can not accept my check because I don't have a history with you...?. I simply told the imbecile on the phone, "Eat *** And Die...!" and I hung up. I pulled out my debit card to the same bank and it went right thru and I left the store. Telecheck in my opinion totally suck and also are a bunch of outright liars for sure...! Do not ever believe anything you are told on the phone by them. Just looking out for you all. Regards.

Metro Public Adjusters Inc - Ripped Off & Taken Advantage Of Totally...

There is an ad in the Star Ledger Newspaper the Sunday Edition and in the classified section there is a company named Metro Public Adjusters, Inc. indicating they are looking for full or part-time Public Adjusters. Part-Time will make $30,000 and full time $80,000. I went to the seminar they had and everything sounded and looked real good. At the end of the seminar they were asking for a $40.00 registration fee to become a independent outside contractor. However they failed to disclose that all the leads for these property inspections were not provided by the company and you had to generate them yourself. Where do you generate leads like this from...? You don't and you can't. They make you think you are going to earn all this money by telling you for each inspection you will be paid between $300 and $500.00. There are also other cost that you have to absorb such as being bonded and insured, finger printed, a State test and Certification as well. Do yourself a big favor, do not get involved with these people or this outfit as when you pay the $40.00 it is a non-refundable fee and I paid it the night of the seminar like an *** However after I realized what they really were pulling I called my bank and informed my bank not to honor any authorizations from this outfit ever. Be careful what you think is a good deal that is in the classified sections of the Sunday Newspaper. Good Luck.
