Houston Motorsports - 2013 Ninja 300 stalling and brake issues -recalled

Purchased a brand new 2013 Ninja 300 (ABS) in May of 2013 with full and extended 5 year warranty from Houston Motorsports in Houston, Texas. Rode it for a couple of weeks and it started stalling when slowing down. Took the bike back to the dealership and was told it was operator/rider error. It continued to happen, I continued to contact the dealership, they continued to tell me it was rider error. Took the bike in for the 600 mile service. We told Brian, the service manager at Houston Motorsports, that the brakes were grinding and soft. He said during the service they would check the brakes. He said there was nothing wrong with the brakes. In August received a recall notice for stalling issues regarding the ECU. Took the bike in for the ECU repair. Two weeks after this and with the continued problems with the brakes, we received a recall notice regarding the ABS. We took the bike in and Houston Motorsports "corrected" the problem. Less than a month later, the brakes failed completely causing an accident. The right pedal went all the way down, no tightness, just air. Had to downshift quickly to avoid rear-ending a car, had to lay the bike down. Had the bike towed to Houston Motorsports where they are again telling us nothing is wrong with the bike. I informed them that the bike is under warranty and that they needed to look at the brakes. The bike only has 1,500 miles on it. We shouldn't be having these issues with a new bike. Be that as it may, Houston Motorsports has refused to honor the warranty and has refused to take responsibility for the bike repairs. I was told by Brian, the service manager at Houston Motorsports that I needed to take the bike to another dealership to get the repairs as they would no longer deal with the bike or honor the warranty. I called Wild West Honda and spoke to Dan on October 8, 2013. He told me that he would not look at the bike until I spoke to the owners of Houston Motorsports. I called Houston Motorsports and spoke with Stacy. She took a message for Dan Lednecki (SP?) one of the owners. I asked her to ask him to call me back about the problems with the bike. I have called Kawasaki Corporation on several occasions, I have called and left messages with Houston Motorsports regarding the repairs/warranty issues with the bike. This has been the worst customer service situation that I have been in. We own 2 Honda’s and 1 Kawasaki. We will not purchase another Kawasaki. Bottom line, I still can’t get my bike fixed, I still can’t get Houston Motorsports to call me back, I still can’t get Kawasaki Corporation to call me back.
