Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. The device was replaced with a different color since original was out of stock. The charger did not need replacement..

UPDATE: Got disconnected again, but this time on-line Chat worked. They will replace under warranty but don't have same color in stock.

I'm happy with another color. As soon as I receive it, I'll mark this solved.

I'm on my 5th Phillips Rotary shaver. The quality of the blades and battery have consistently gone downhill. I replaced the head recently and no difference. I'm also on my second Dental Irrigation device. Actually my third if you count the one that had to be replaced after a few weeks. The battery died with a year left on the warranty. I wanted to see if that was covered. Although I was always able to bring up my previous purchases, suddenly after signing in, there were none listed. I called and as soon as I selected Consumer rather than Dental Pro, I was disconnected. I went to the online chat. It said I was number 1 in line. 20 minutes later, still no response. I called again. Same disconnect. Enough time wasted. I'm through with this company.

Sony VCR Cleaner It doesn't spin. When Play is chosen, counter remains at zero. My VCR is a Sony so although cheaper ones wouldn't work like my ancient Maxell Cleaner did, I thought this higher priced one by Sony would be authentic. I guess I was wrong. I think that if Amazon wants to keep people's trust and business they should not sell things that do not work. We spent over $50 on this tape. That would pay for half a year of Prime or a very nice order from the Prime Pantry. We have not heard back from Amazon or the supplier. Usually I get something IMMEDIATELY. I wonder if they know it's a rip-off.

I've now found out that Ten Publishing discontinued 19 of their 23 publications.

Motor Trend'Sads streaming service bring you over 3,500 hours of the best streaming automotive shows and exclusives series including Roadkill, Dirt Every Day, Diesel Brothers, Top Gear, Fast N' Loud, *** Rides, Hot Rod Garage, Head 2 Head, Wheeler Dealers, Four Wheeler and so much more, including live motor sports. No cable TV account is necessary and you can watch on your favorite devices. I have 1¼ years left on my subscription. I also have a long term subscription to Motor Trend (Ten Publishing is the parent company of both and Hot Rod). Have no interest in on-line editions. Called and said either extend my Motor Trend Sub or change over to Hot Rod. Customer Service said she couldn't do that but Ten would be sending additional options via Regular Mail shortly. After, over a month with no mail I restated my wishes through Email. Of course, no response. The matter is even more twisted as the final issue, which wasn't described as such, had the renewal card attached. This is how Class Action suits come about. As soon as the lawyers can show that Ten took renewals after they knew it was the end, fraud is apparent.

Olive Garden - What to Expect

Olive Garden is a chain of American style Italian restaurants. This is where people make a mistake. It's OK for what it is, but it's not a true Italian Restaurant. If Italian is what you want, go to a place with an Italian Chef/Owner which also describes the type of food served. In other words, don't go to a pizzarea when you want high end Veal Scallopini, not a reconstituted patty. The very best Italian Restaurants have an extensive list of wines from the mother country. I paid to have it fixed. CoverKing now includes a tool to solve the problem shipped with the seat covers.

I purchased neoprene seat covers for a 2004 Toyota 2004 MR2 Spyder. They anchor by straps that go under the seats, front to back. The material and workmanship are beautyful. Only problem is the seats are so low on this car that the straps cannot be tightened in the manner prescribed. It would be necessary to deactivate the air bags and remove the seats and their tracks.The "joke" is, that when calling the company, their tech guy said "yea, we know that's a problem on some cars". Now I have $200 worth of covers that slide all over the place everytime I enter the car. Monetary Loss: $200. Auto Seat Covers I'm rewriting this because the original didn't appear in my personal profile.

I republished the review because it wasn't in my profile. Since then the company includes a tool so installation under the seats is possible. This would alleviate my complaint.

Chilis - Another Disaster

I'm editing because I forgot something important. When we asked for lemon for our water, we were told that the price of lemons was so high, Chili's could not stock them at this time.

We stopped going to Chili's in Camden SC, but decided to give it another try. The waitress used to be the bartender, so no problems there. Chips didn't arrive. Soup was supposed to be Chipotle Chicken. Was really Chili. Very obvious chicken was beef and I know their Chili. They threw a few crispy noodles on top to try to fool me. Others salads were OK but light on dressing. Both other parties ordered sandwiches which were supposed to come with avocado and sauteed onions. Neither had either. Brought later on request. Now time to pay the check with the "machine" on table. Wouldn't recognize the account to credit points. Manager came. No success for her either. Solution was to do it on line when we got home with receipt Manager generated. Wtf

Lugoff Toyota - Toyota Tire Pressure

Requested tire pressure F28 lbs., R34 lbs. 3 tires OK. Left rear 14 lbs. Drove on trip and discovered it. Took to a Goodyear dealer and they couldn't find a leak. I've tested every week for 2 months and no leak. Not only dangerous for the trip I made, but I'm worried about long term damage of almost new tire. On numerous visits the Service Advisor has asked me when requesting an oil change whether I want a tire rotation. The vehicle comes with different size directional tires front and rear so it only points out the reps lack of knowledge. If I ever need serious work done, I've got to find a specialty shop that really understands this car. Fortunately there are a few clubs for owners like me so they're excellent resources.
