Mercy Hospital - Abandoned after awful treatment

ANTHONY RAYMOND 973 Circle Drive Arbutus, Maryland 21227 (410) 247-**** traymond51@***.com ______________________________________________________________________________ BEWARE OF MERCY HOSPITAL I was admitted to Mercy as a clinical trial study patient of Dr. Paul Thuluvath, which consisted of a brutal 48 week treatment of chemotherapy. Thuluvath made the treatment worse by his verbal abuse, and the stress related to repeated bills which I was not responsible for. He told me after my treatment, I was cured. My last scheduled visit to him, he unsympathetically told me that I was not cured, and that I should have called him instead of driving to the hospital. I reminded him I had a scheduled appointment, and was following his instructions. Instead I wasted my time, my gas, and my parking fees. Thuluvath said I was discharged as a patient. Although at that last meeting, he assured me he would contact me when a new treatment would become available, I never heard from him again. Instead, he just abandoned me to possible death from liver disease. Consequently, when I read of new treatments available, I had to search for another doctor and seek a new treatment. Thuluvath and Mercy caused me much stress during the entire course of treatment. All bills were supposed to be covered by Mercy and Thuluvath according to the conditions of the study. Instead, I kept getting bills throughout the course of my treatment, and months after it had concluded. I spent many hours dealing with Mercy’s Billing Department, and Mercy’s Patient Relations Department, and finally the pharmaceutical company, all to no avail. I approached Thuluvath for a solution. They all told me it was Thuluvath’s responsibility to ensure I would not be billed. Rather than trying to resolve the situation, Thuluvath told me he would terminate me from the study. I have made complaints about Thuluvath to Mercy Hospital. They took no action, and he has suffered no reprimand. Now I will initiate complaints on the internet about Thuluvath and Mercy. I hope and expect that these reviews will encourage other prospective patients to choose a doctor and hospital who really cares about their patients. Thuluvath is an arrogant, unprofessional, self-centered and rude doctor, and more importantly a despicable and extremely unpleasant poor excuse of a human being. I have made complaints about you to Mercy Hospital. I hope and expect that these reviews will encourage other prospective patients to choose a doctor and hospital who really cares about their patients. I invite anyone to contact me for additional information.

Wrigley - Damages done to tooth

BEWARE OF WILLIAM WRIGLEY JR. COMPANY, AND THEIR PRODUCTS The following is my letter of complaint to Wrigley regarding Starburst candy, and the damages it did to my tooth. Do not buy products from this company. ANTHONY RAYMOND 973 Circle Drive Arbutus, Maryland 21227 (410) 247-**** traymond51@***.com ______________________________________________________________________________ November 12, 2017 Wrigley COMPLAINT: 1.On November 9, I was offered a Starburst candy by a friend. Almost immediately my crown for tooth #19 fell out. 2.I saw Dr. Smith on November 15. He informed me that in addition to the crown displaced, part of my tooth was affixed to the crown. He said that there was not enough of my tooth left for him to save the tooth. He referred me to Dr. Bastacky for a complete tooth extraction. 3.Dr. Bastacky extracted my tooth #19 on 11/17. He informed me that I would need an implant to correct the damage done to my tooth. 4.In addition I will need a new crown and follow-up care from Dr. Smith. A copy of his estimate is also enclosed. I have enclosed as a PDF file copies of these transactions and expenses, as well as estimates. Obviously, these do not include the pain and suffering and discomfort I have endured, and will continue to endure for further treatments. I might add that until this experience I have always had all of my teeth in my adult life. I have waited weeks for someone to forward me a mailer as promised. I would hope that you address my complaint quickly so I can receive my implant. Anthony Raymond On November 10, I made my first calls to both Mars and Wrigley. In addition I also emailed Mars my complaint on their website. I was assured my complaint would be addressed quickly, and I would receive a mailer, in which I was to enclose the Starburst wrapper. The following week I received an email from Mars requesting me to call them, which I did. It was a waste of my time, as they told me to contact Wrigley again and make a new complaint. Dr. Bastacky extracted my tooth #19 on 11/17. My cost was $254. He informed me that I would need an implant to correct the damage done to my tooth. His estimate is for this procedure is $3,445. In addition I will need a new crown from Dr. Smith. Dr. Smith’s estimate is $2772. Between November 10 and December 12, I made 11 calls to Mars and Wrigley. Each time I was given the same response. On December 7 my call to Mars resulted in a conversation with a Wrigley supervisor who chastised me for calling Mars instead of her. I reminded her since I had spoken directly with her the previous week, I felt calling Wrigley for the sixth time was a waste of my time, and maybe my complaints to Mars would prompt her to send me the mailer I had been promised repeatedly. She told me not to call Mars again. On December 12, I finally received the mailer dated November 17! This mailer said I had 30 days from the date of the letter to respond, or my complaint would be invalidated. Now I suppose they can say they did not receive my response in time. In addition they include 3 coupons valued at $4 each, which expired on January 1, 2018. Their letter indicated these coupons were for the inconvenience I have suffered. On March 5, 2018, I had to return to Dr. Bastacky for a bone extraction, due to the damages done by Starburst. This was another cost of $187. It is apparent that both Mars and Wrigley do not care about their product safety, not about the safety of their customers. The Starburst was defective in some way. There is no disclaimer anywhere on their wrapper regarding product safety. I have exhausted all of my many attempts to resolve my physical situation amicably. Both Mars and Wrigley failed to address my many complaints. They have been negligent in their efforts to resolve my claim. What’s unacceptable is not only they failed to remedy their damages, but they ignored my complaints. I might add that until this experience, I have always had all of my teeth in my adult life. My damages total $6821.30, not including all of my other expenses, and my pain and suffering. Wrigley and Mars, solution was to offer me $12 in coupons. They do not care about their consumers, not the safety of their products. I invite anyone to contact me for additional information.

I bought a large 3lb 14oz bucket of M&M peanut candies. Inside of one of the candies was a hard rock like substance and when I bit down on it, it broke my tooth.

I immediately contacted 10/01/20 Mars and was asked to send pictures, etc. This is still ongoing as of today 1/22/21 and I am still being put off and given the run-around. How can a company the size of Mars/Wrigley continue to put people through this type of stress.

We are doing our part but they hire offsite operators to just take notes when a customer calls. Carolyn Harrington

The Dental Care Center Of Catonsville - Dental damages to two teeth, overcharges, then abandoned

ANTHONY RAYMOND 973 Circle Drive Arbutus, Maryland 21227 (410) 247-**** traymond51@***.com BEWARE OF MARLENE DAHNE, AND THE DENTAL CARE CENTER On March 16, 2013 I was treated by the Dental Care Center on tooth #29, and #19. They completed a tooth filling on #29, and a crown on #19. On Jan. 7, 2014 the dentist had to perform a re-bonding of #19. On July 22, 2014 I visited the office for my routine six month cleaning. My previous dentist had left, and I was assigned a new dentist. This dentist examined my teeth and x-rays, and indicated I had extensive damage to my tooth #29, and I needed additional dental work. I asked why. She said that whoever did the last work on my tooth either damaged my tooth, and/or did an incomplete job by not placing a crown on the tooth. She was at that time unaware that the Dental Care Center was my last dentist. I informed her. She left to speak with someone else. Upon her return, she said since this was going to now be treated as a follow-up visit, she was given permission to do a pulp cap and a core buildup. She said I would not be charged for the services which were $425. I reminded her that she said I needed a crown, but she said she was only given permission to service my tooth as described. She said this would hold my tooth together. In June, 2017 while eating dinner, my tooth $29 disintegrated, and any fillings apparently came out. I must have swallowed them, as I never located any of the fillings. On July 3, 2017 I once again visited the dentist regarding this tooth. They made a follow-up appointment for me on July 10, 2017. Once again I saw another new dentist who was unaware of my history with his practice. Despite my appeals that this should be yet another follow-up visit, I was charged another $143. I was told that I would not have my crown completed if I did not pay this fee immediately Although my crown was still not completed, I was told that unless I pay the balance for the completion of the crown, I would not be given any more dental services related to this tooth. I paid an additional $689 on July 26, 2017. The crown was ordered on August 9. I was given a temporary crown, and was told it would take 10 days to 2 weeks for my crown to be sent to the office. I tried to make an appointment, but was told the office would call me. They did not. After waiting nearly 4 weeks, I finally called the office on August 28. The receptionist said my crown had been sent. I asked when the crown arrived. She said August 14! I asked why I wasn’t contacted She said she did not have my new telephone number. I told her I have had the same number since 1964. I asked her if I would have received my tooth, for which I already paid, had I not called. She said “probably not”. The Dental Care Center always have contacted me both my postcard and a telephone call for all previous appointments, yet they did neither for my crown which was pre-paid. ABANDONMENT. The crown was completed on August 30. The dentist instructed me to see him in six months as a follow-up to insure this crown was okay. I immediately went to the office manager to voice my displeasure about paying for services previously paid for, and my treatment as previously indicated. I asked if I could sit down. She ignored me. I was forced to stand over her while I attempted to engage in conversation. This lasted for about 2 minutes as she refused to address her services and my expenses in 2013, and the follow-up visit in 2014. I asked to speak with the owner or the head dentist. She refused to provide any information to me. I told her if she refused to address my situation, I would have to contact Dominion Dental, and if necessary take legal action. She replied my stating I was threatening her, and I would not be allowed to return for any scheduled follow-up visits. I also said that the dentist had told me to follow-up with him in six months regarding his crown. She said, “I don’t care. Find a new dentist.” Now I have to incur additional expenses to see another dentist concerning their crown, and my tooth extraction, implant, and a new crown for #19. On September 14, 2017 I received a letter from the Dental Care Center indicated that I was no longer a patient of theirs. I was abandoned from any future treatment or complications as a result of their negligence and malpractice. As my records indicate this crown for tooth #19 was completed by the Dental Care Center on May 1, 2013. On November 9 this crown fell out. On November 10, I tried to contact Marlene Dahne at the Dental Care Center. I was not allowed so speak with her, but I did leave a message regarding the additional damage to another tooth, tooth #19. On November 15, I saw Dr. Kelvin Smith for the hopes and expectations that he could simply replace my crown. He explained that he was unable to do so since part of my tooth was still attached to the crown, and I only had parts of my original tooth left due to the crown disengaging. He made an appointment for me with Dr. Bastacky for my tooth extraction. Dr. Bastacky extracted my tooth #19 on 11/17. He informed me that I would need an implant to correct the damage done to my tooth. His estimate is for this procedure is $3,445. In addition I will need a new crown from Dr. Smith. His estimate is $2772. On February 26, 2018 I had to return to Dr. Bastacky for a bone extraction, at an additional cost of $187. The Dental Care Center was negligent in their efforts to repair my tooth #29 and tooth #19. Had they completed a crown as their dentist recommended for tooth #29 as Kernan Dental had indicated, I would not have had to suffer another crown, nor pay twice for the same services. I trusted them to provide the services they said would protect my teeth. I did not know of their incompetence until the events described in 2017. Instead they caused me irreparable harm. What’s unacceptable is not only they failed to remedy their damages, but they abandoned me from all other repairs due to their incompetence and negligence. I might add that until this experience I have always had all of my teeth in my adult life. My dental expenses directly due to this dentist and her practice are $8156.30 Would you trust this dentist? I invite anyone to contact me for additional information.

Mt Bank - Banking fraud

Anthony Raymond 973 Circle Drive Baltimore, MD 21227 410-247-**** traymond51@***.com BEWARE OF M & T BANK and M & T CORPORATION My mother, Eileen Raymond is 94 years old. She has had accounts with this bank since 1954 when it was Provident Savings Bank. In February 2018, she noticed that she had not received a 1099 needed for the IRS and taxes. She called the bank. They refused to provide any information, because they said she had been using a different address for 13 months. She visited her branch at Wilkens Plaza. She spent nearly 3 hours with them, as she had to call Social Security, Baltimore Gas and Electric and others. My mother had over $200,000 in this account. Apparently an employee noticed my mother’s age, and her lack of due diligence with this account. This was clearly an attempt by a M & T Bank employee to commit fraud. We called the police. The bank gave no explanation how this happened or who was responsible. We made a complaint to their corporate office in Buffalo. We demanded an investigation. The bank in turn demanded a formal letter from us. When we inquired why, they said they needed a letter to pursue a security matter. I said, “Wouldn’t the bank want to investigate their own lack of security?” Naturally, they could not give me an answer. They have caused my elderly mother 3 months of grief with no end in sight. My mother has not even received a formal apology from anyone. PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BANK. They did just make a mistake. They are successfully covering up the theft and fraud by M & T. I invite anyone to contact me for additional information.

Dr Adrian Sanchez - Incompetence, negligence, then abandonment

BEWARE OF DR. ADRIAN SANCHEZ Would you want to hire a dentist who abandons his clients? Anybody considering retaining Adrian Sanchez should first read the following: Adrian Sanchez was my regular dentist for a brief time. I decide to replace a poorly fitted crown on my front tooth, damaged in grade school. After replacing the crown I experienced severe pain. I went to his office for a follow-up visit. He wanted me to pay before he would even speak to me about my pain and suffering. He refused to see me and abandoned me, his patient. I eventually went to another dentist who removed the entire crown, and provided a new replacement. I spent over $1000 with Sanchez, and had to spend another $1300 to remove Sanchez’s crown and replace it with w new crown. Sanchez is an awful dentist, but even a worse human being. His treatment of me shows he cares only about the almighty dollar, and not about his patients. Sanchez is guilty not only of negligence, incompetence and malpractice, but also of abandonment, all resulting in my pain and suffering and personal injury. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dentist. I invite anyone to contact me for additional information. Donald Trump - Cheated out of wages

Dear Mr. Trump: Since I have not had the courtesy of a reply from you, I will be posting my review as follows on many complaint and social media sites. PLEASE MR. TRUMP, PAY ME THE PALTRY $3,500 THAT YOU OWE ME. NOT PAYING YOUR EMPLOYEES IS THE SAME AS STEALING. BEWARE OF DONALD J. TRUMP AS AN EMPLOYER-HE OWES ME $3,500 IN WAGES, AND MY MANY CALLS ARE IGNORED. HE CARES NEITHER ABOUT HIS EMPLOYEES, NOR HIS DEBTS. THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR HIM TO CHEAT AND LIE TO HIS EMPLOYEES. Anthony Raymond 973 Circle Drive Baltimore, MD 21227 4**-**7-0837 traymond51@***.com I am a supporter of Donald Trump, but I do not appreciate being lied to and cheated out of monies due to me, and flagrantly lied to about opportunities. I worked for a Donald Trump organization as a Regional Sales Manager. My compensation was commission oriented. I was never paid $3,500 for sales and other activities. In addition I was made promises which were never kept to me and others helping him to establish a positive presence in Baltimore. In the last two weeks, I have made over a dozen calls to his offices in New York. Usually the numbers just ring indefinitely. There is no opportunity to speak with anyone, nor leave a message. Twice an actual operator did address my call and then again I was forwarded to another number that just rang indefinitely. It is pitiful to treat someone like this. However, I now have serious concerns not only about his debt, but how difficult he has made it to speak with anyone in his organization. If this is how he treats his employees, and former employees, then I wonder how he will treat world leaders as president. My concerns were about a very small financial nature. Perhaps when this letter appears in the internet, his organization will reach out to me to resolve any differences. I do resent having to spend my time dealing with this issue. Trump cannot represent himself as an advocate for the worker when he allows his own workers to be cheated of wages, and lied to.
