February 20, 2016 - Sybaris Northbrook is a RIP-OFF.Valentine's Day Scam. Kenneth C. Knudson, founder of Sybaris Clubs International, would be HORRIFIED on how Sybaris is treating its customers. Rolling in his grave by now. All Sybaris had to do was have management call me back; apologize and provide restitution of some sort. Refer to my reviews Please SHARE my experience with your friends. Paid $609 for a $350 room. Sybaris BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. Do NOT go to Sybaris in Northbrook or Frankfurt. NATALIE Customer Service At Sybaris Northbrook RUDE *** brought me to TEARS. Actually made me SWEAR! I don't normally get this upset and stressed out. I had to beg them to tone done. Reported to CORPORATE - NO RESPONSE TO DATE. Natalie At Northbrook Sybyras INSULTED a customer. SHE NEEDS to go to ANGER MANAGEMENT and learn some people skills. The worst experience ever! Rip-Off Customers!. Charged $609 for a $309 RM On V-Day. Natalie in Northbrook Sybaris Brought Me to Tears! And Drove me to Swear at the end of the 4th call! Natalie Rude *** And Obnoxious Individual Supervisor of Customer Service at Sybaris Northbrook. I Never booked anything on my Original Call to Sybaris Northbrook which they kept replaying over the phone. I did give them my credit card to hold if the Chalet room would open up. They called me back 4 hours later at 710pm and told me the room that was on hold is now available - the Chateau. I authorized to book the Chateau at 710pm; not during the first call. Sybaris Northbrook should check there recorder. I asked for the top of the line the "chalet" as they referred to it. An awful experience with customer service and management at Sybaris Northbrook No restitution; No apologies: just tears streaming down my face. Then Sybaris Northbrook told me that my 3rd party payment form was not completed; I have the photo. the line for room was empty. Sybaris Northbrook should have called me? Really? Isn't it Sybaris’ Northbrook Responsibility? Instead they gave me any room they felt like it and charged my card $609 for a $350 room. Something is truly wrong. A gift to my daughter was ruined. Sybyris Northbrook is a RIP-OFF. Valentine's Day Scam. Sybyris IN NOthbrook promised Chalet and I got Majestic. Paid $600 for a $350 romm. Sybyris BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. Do NOT go to Sybyris in Northbrook or Franfurt. Customer Service At Sybyris RUDE AND *** I had to beg them to tone done. Reporting to Corportae offices. Natalie At Northbrook Sybyris was RUDE and INSULTING. Told me Too bad. NEVER will book SYBYRIS in NOrthbrook again. I will keep posting this compaint every day!

Peoples Gas Delivery Despicable and Outrageous Customer Service

PEOPLE's GAS turned off my gas in error. No notification nothing and now I have to wait SEVEN (7) days before my daughter and I are able to cook or take HOT showers because PEOPLES GAS turned off my services. SEVEN days we have to freeze and not eat. Then I get penalized and will have to put down a security deposit towards my PEOPLES GAS NEW ACCOUNT in order to get the service going! AND IT WAS NOT MY FAULT! In addition, I have to take 1/2 day off from work to accommodate PEOPlES GAS DELIVERY SERVICE to get my service turned on. There is so much more to the story regarding PEOPLES GAS that is AWFUL!!!! Customer SERVICE REPS ARE OUTRIGHT MEAN! AND useless!!!! I AM so STRESSED OUT; BLOOD PRESSURE IS UP; NO SLEEP last NIGHT!
