OCZ Technology - RMA problems

I purchased an Agility 2 SSD drive from CompUSA (now Tiger Direct) in March 2011. In October 2011 the drive failed (red fault indicator light). I RMA'ed the drive and was sent a new one. In August of 2013 (3 year warranty) I RMA'ed the replacement drive for the same reason. They say there is nothing wrong with the drive. If there is nothing wrong, why does the red fault light come on and the drive won't boot? They refuse to replace the drive. I am now stuck with a dead hard drive. DON'T BUY FROM OCZ. This company will not honor their warranty.
