Horrible experience, purchase the best tickets available and when we got to the show they already had people sitting in the seats they sold me. The manager said we could not sit together unless we sat in the back. Very unorganized. There were very few people there, I guess they had moved everyone to the front center so it would look full in video. Who knows and who cares, it is a genuine Vegas rip-off. Ruin the night for my group. Shame on Paris casino for giving me a load of crap about refund. Get me OUT OF PARIS CASINO.

I began buying a boat here last Saturday. I live 3 hours away so I left a $20,000 deposit on the boat I picked and we were supposed to work through the accessories to get the boat rigged out. The salesman was very nice but new to the Orr dealership, he helped all he could but things got very confusing. I was supposed to get a return call on Monday, NO CALL. Noon on Tuesday I txt the salesman, he let me know he was working on it. A little while later he sent me a list of add-ons and the pricing was $2,000.00 more than I could get the items from Bass Pro plus another $1,535.00 in labor, freight and shop fees. When I questioned the large difference in their pricing I was told I just didn't understand. I asked for a refund at that time. He asked for an opportunity to look at the prices with the parts order person and get back with me. I waited. I called back at 4:20 the next day, Wednesday. I was told I needed to talk to Blake, the manager, and that he would call me at 5:00 that day. NO CALL AGAIN. Noon on Thursday, I asked for a refund again and the salesman says I had never asked out of the deal. I sent him a copy of the txt proving that I did and he told me I would be contacted by management. Finally got to talk to Blake later that afternoon and he told me he would have the parts person call me that day because everyone was in the shop right then. NO CALL AGAIN. I call today and the phone call was forwarded somewhere and I am told store is closed because they are attending a boat show in Little Rock. I do not care about a boat show, I need to speak with someone who can put an end to this. I have bought three cars from Gregg Orr BMW with absolutely no problem. I JUST WANT A REFUND AND GO BUY MY BOAT ANYWHERE BUT GREGG ORR, HOT SPRINGS.

Le Pavillon Hotel - UNSAFE, UNCLEAN, UNKEPT

BEWARE OF THIS MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, OVERPRICED, UNKEPT SH!THOLE. It i s 10 pm and I am in my room watching a movie and suddenly someone is banging at my hotel room door. It’s the bellman and the guests who had previously stayed in room 616. They demand entry to search the room for something they have left behind. I am undressed and in bed I thought for the night. I asked for a moment to dress and call the front desk, I shut the door. I attempt to dress and call the front desk and the bellman begins banging on the door again. The front desk answers after several minutes and is fully aware of this circus their bellman is conducting. As I am explaining my dissatisfaction in the goings on at my door the person on the other end picks the phone up off the counter makes it clear he has not been listening and has other things to attend to, now understanding the worthlessness of the conversation I end it. I let the previous guest in after I am dressed and they explain their day in room 616. The toilet had overflowed spilling out nastiness all over the carpet and walls. They had to press to be moved to another room and in their haste to escape the *** flow left an article in the safe. The safe had been cleared and emptied. I am sure they will never recover their item. When I asked the bellman why he was going to let people in my room he said “we didn’t think you would be in there”. So I know anything I leave in the room is not safe either. I’m in town for a Saints game. I normally stay in the Hyatt House with no issues. I made last minute plans and Hyatt had no availability so I tried this literal *** hole. NEVER AGAIN!! PS. The room type “Premium King” denotes a larger room that flanks the elevator shaft. The room shakes like a train is going by every time the elevator passes. BAD DEAL!!

Wesley Berry Flowers - Internet Flower Scam

Wesley Berry Florist dba Flowers Delivery Express. How does a business with 1,933 complaints get an A+ Rating? This business is an internet marketing scam. They advertise to get orders, then never even make an attempt to send order. When you call to ask why they tell you they will just give you a refund. Bad enough, I wanted flowers for a sick employee not a refund. Then they keep nearly half my money for doing nothing but causing me a problem. Bad business, the BBB is supposed to protect consumers from this type thing. Again, 1,933 complaints and you give them A+ rating?

I wish I'd seen all of these critical reviews before I ordered flowers for my daughter in another state. The flowers were not delivered, yet I received an e-mail confirmation that they had been delivered.

Of course, I cannot reach a live person, and no one has responded to my messages.
