Hands down, the worst living situation we have ever been in- and we have been in pretty awful living situations, having been young, poor, and in student debt. I have never dealt with a corporation that suffered from so much cognitive dissonance from what they say they...

Black mold is very serious. It poses a serious and very real health hazard.

More so then you would think.

Report this to the city. They WILL follow up.

United Airlines - They even treat their 1st clas members horribly!

UA is by far the worst airline I have ever flown with. My dad is a million mile member, and our family a loyal customer for 30 years. And boy has this airline gone down. In status, customer service, amenities, etc. And the price keeps being raised for the worst flights I have ever taken! Pretty much, if I have to travel United, it will ruin my day and put me in a foul mood. A life with United: - I've had ipods stolen by their clean up crew. Your luggage is GONE if if ever gets misplaced or lost in transit. When I left my wallet on the airplane on Air New zealand, they fed ex-ed it to me free of charge. - I've had the 1st class cabin run OUT of hot food before row 5, so I did not get a meal on an international, overnight, 1st class flight. - I missed my flight once because they lost my rewards reservation. - I actually canceled my flight with them once because my gut was telling me not to trust the pressurized "baggage cabin" that I was supposed to stick my dog in for hours during the flight. There have been instances where a pet was killed in their baggage cabins. They also did nothing to boost our confidence when we talked to them about making advanced arrangements of getting my dog from LA to pdx. We were told that they didn't know where he would come out, but we had to go pick up the dog at a seperate terminal where they unload freight luggage. - I once took an economy flight to Asia where they DIDNT feed us anything except for a cup of noodles the entire 12hrs. Most recently on the past flight to Kauai: - It costs over $1000 to fly 1st class to Hawaii. On the way there, the United Club tried to refuse me even though I had 1st class tickets! Then she made up some BS when I waived my platimum UA Mileage PLUS Visa (which is supposed to get you 2 complementary free passes in the lounge), that I was supposed to order my passes ahead of time and get them SENT to me via mail?? (That's pending you don't have 1st class tickets anyways- which I already had). And for a flight that took 7hrs because of delays, they used a 90's plane with no leg rests, no entertainment, and those little fold out TV's in the front of the plane to play one *** movie. There was no internet, and no plug in so you can't even work on your laptop. On our way back, we were also delayed 2hrs for a 12am flight. United would not let us into the loungeeven though we had 1st class tickets and I explained that we were delayed, had to be at work on Monday (and was already pulling an all nighter), and *** at the counter didn't care. She sent us out with no internet, and inability to do work, sleep, nor cash in on our 1st class status. In economy, passengers went 6hrs with only water service one time, and not even a bag of pretzels. This airline couldn't care less about their scustomers. They need to be put out of business for good, and not be bailed out. Seriously,if possible, fly with Alaska. Fly with British Airways. Fly Air China. ANYONE but UNited.

How much do you weigh

#706682

And as you flew over Asia...you flew over millions of people who would have loved a hot cup of noodles that day. You're lucky you have food.

You're lucky you get to see the world.

This isn't a consumer problem. You have first world problems.

Aetna Student Health - Who needs antibiotics when you have Aetna???

I don't think I have ever had a good experience with Aetna. Just another way students this generation are getting screwed. Aside from having to waive in and out every single semester (even though insurance is supposed to be automatic, since it is MANDATORY if you are a registered student), I even pay the extra premiums for extra summer coverage (which are not automatic). Well it was impossible to waive into summer coverage- and you have to wait for someone to actually contact you and fax you the form. When it finally does happen, it ends on Aug. 14- where your fall coverage should theoretically pick up with your semester. Well, in America, the motto is "just don't get sick." I had to go to urgent care. I was hit with the surprise that I didn't have insurance upon checkout? That's $105 out of pocket. When I went home to call the Aetna hotline, they had no idea why I was not covered since I did not waive out and had just come out of extra summer coverage. Not only could they not solve the problem before I had to pick up my Rx, but I was told they had to submit a request just to FIGURE OUT what the *** was wrong with my coverage! I was told someone would call me back. Days later, that NEVER happened- per usual. Not only could I not be covered for insurance that I paid for, but I was told that I should just wait "1-2biz days" to get my antibiotics and healthcare. They couldn't care less it was a time-sensitive health situation. So I also had to pay for my antibiotics out of pocket. This is the state of students and healthcare everyone. Even those that pay for the privatized version.
