Subway - Refund for the order

As much time and the energy I’ve spent trying to get some kind of help from Subway the last 5 days with no resolve... I had to find a third party like pissedconsumer.com to even let off some steam thru a review!...

in hopes I hear from Subway. So yeah I would like an apology and compensation above what’s owed to me!

I never got in touch with customer service not a live person anyway. And thats the only way I like to do it. Nor has the anyone ever answered calls at the Wendover Utah store +1 (43*) ***-****

User's recommendation: Don’t bother to try and call if you think your gonna get a real person!

Subway - Refund

On Sunday April 5th I placed an order thru Subway app, paid with debit card. My son went to pick it up and the store was closed. Ive been calling everyday to that store in Wendover Utah. But have been able to get thru. Ive never received the food and my card was still debited. Cant find anyone to speak to from any number they have listed. I have the order number that shows on the history in the Subway app on my phone, it even specifies the time and address the order will be ready for pick up that day. How am I supposed to pick up my paid for order if the store is closed? Still cant get anyone one the phone to speak to about my refund because of the Covid-19 pandemic everything is set as automated choices and no one person is there to answer the call. The only one I could get in touch with was their technical support, so I informed them about the app taking and receiving the order and allowing that store to get paid when it was closed. He informed me he only helps franchises of Subway owners not customers! I told him that I was only telling him so that they might try to resolve the app issue! Refused to hear me! Wow! really?The order number below is all I have from the Subway apps history of purchase. I called my bank to get information about the purchase and it is a time limited and time consuming process that I’m not going to make. Besides it shouldn’t be so hard to get my money back from the Company (Subway)that took it without an exchange for the product!
