Amazon - No live customer service

I am missing a package. Why is Amazon using the postal service!?!?!?

They are soooo pathetic. They say they delivered a package yesterday but gave it to a customer at my request. I DID NOT request that!!! I went door to door.

No one received it . The postal service lies all the time.

Why are you using them. Now I can't even get a live Amazon representative to get to the bottom of this.

Pros:
  • Used to be fast efficient door to door service
Cons:
  • Now using usps never know when and if i will receive my product

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered

HGTV - Advertising Complaint

Sending this to the magazine site as that was the only option available. Why suddenly all the Spanish commercials.

I've been watching HGTV for over 15 years and thoroughly enjoyed it. Now I spend half the time with finger on the mute button to block out the foreign language.

This is America. If I wanted to hear Spanish coming from my TV, I'd subscribe to a Spanish channel.
