Poor Customer Service at Fleet Feet Menlo Park, CA

I emailed the owner about ordering a pair of shoes. I also wanted to join their half marathon training class. That was 3 weeks ago and NO response. I guess they don't want my business. It is highly RUDE to not return any form of communications especially when working in a service industry. I went into the store only to be told that the owner is busy. BUSY??? Too busy for customers??? What kind of a *** operation do these people run??? It's amazing how many positive reviews they have when their customer service is absolutely horrible.

I've been to this store. I only go there because their return policy is great and I can get my money back.

I agree that the owner is a complete flake. It's a good thing the items are high priced so they can afford their rent.
