Purchase phone directly from company. 1 attempt delivery by UPS before sent to access point? Motorola said it should have been 3 attempts. UPS said that's way it said on ship invoice???

User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY FROM MOTOROLA.

Lowes - Product says delivered, okay where???

Product on my lowe's says my pressure washer was delivered. Like to know where?? No one at Niles can tell me that!! Had to file a complaint with their credit card company because they got the $$ from me without giving me a product!!

User's recommendation: Never deal with Lowe's online!!! or Nile's Ohio Store.

Haier Refrigerator

About 1year and 2 weeks after the purchase of my new refrigerator from HHgregg of a Haier the handle broke off in my 10yr old daughter’s hand. Both HHgregg and Haier said it is out of warranty, even with my extended warranty! Haier of the Philippines did say though that they would replace the handle if I could email them a copy of the receipt!! Heir representative gave me bogus email address to send it too!! When I call back to get a correct email address, a different representative could not eve find the account again!!! so i guess the American public gets screwed by an overseas company again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have "enjoyed" the same quality - bought my refrigerator in December, it was delivered in January and I've had the repairman here twice already for a problem that is not yet resolved. The unit does not hold a safe temperature in either the freezer or the refrigerator.

HH Greg no help, Haier, apologizes and will process another repair ticket - btw, I think a week and a half wait on repair is unreasonable when the unit is so new and it's NEVER done what it is meant to do. Rotten cutomer service on the part of Haier and HH Greg
