Straight Talk Wireless - Auto pay

Today 4/6/2020 was my auto-pay refill. For some reason I didnt get my discount. Ive been paying $51.15 and this month I got charged the full $55.14. I dont understand why. Especially right now during the pandemic. Need all the discount I can get. And the discount is one of the reasons I signed up for auto-pay
