Frontier Communications - I am not happy with the customer service
I change my service in January and was told my bill going to be $116 so I did send $120 never get a bill and I find out they charge me $161 for a lot less service no HD. Talk to Jesse who was not professional basically told me he do not care what I do, and I have to pay a late fee too. He was talk to me like trash called me a lier. I hope Frontier will give his job to someone who care,
