Frontier Communications - I am not happy with the customer service

I change my service in January and was told my bill going to be $116 so I did send $120 never get a bill and I find out they charge me $161 for a lot less service no HD. Talk to Jesse who was not professional basically told me he do not care what I do, and I have to pay a late fee too. He was talk to me like trash called me a lier. I hope Frontier will give his job to someone who care,

Hello PissedConsumer1826315, I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble with your bill. It sounds like you may be opted into paperless billing.

You can always access copies of your statements via your online bill pay account; you can opt back into paper bills there as well. If you need any assistance at all, we can take a look into your account and bill.
