CASE OF FRAUD AND HARASSMENT BY IGNOU UNIVERSITY WITH INNOCENT STUDENTS

Dear Sir, I would like to provide you the precise and accurate information for fastest services and how I.G.N.O.U (The Peopleโ€™s University) located at (Rajghat ) New Delhi, cares for their student's career. ? I.G.N.O.U.โ€™s 1st mistake:- It was me (CHARANJEET SINGH), a guardian and brother of a student (GURJEET KAUR) who awakens the sleeping staff of I.G.N.O.U. via numerous emails started since 8th November 2012 to remind your mismanagement to send us the study material. It took complete 11 days for your mismanagement to wake up. ? .I.G.N.O.U.โ€™S 2nd mistake:- Instead of admitting their mistake and sending books material on urgent basis via courier they asked me to come and collect the same. It was me who visited I.G.N.O.U office at Maidan Garhi, New Delhi-110002, personally to collect these books just worrying about my sister's studies getting delayed just because of I.G.N.O.U.โ€™s laziest staff who do not have track record, whether they have delivered the study material to a particular student, on time or not and that seems to be a big and difficult task for I.G.N.O.U.โ€™s mismanagement. If you cannot handle admission of number of students then why do you admit them to your university so as not to spoil his/her career with your poorest services. For your kind information, each and every student is paying monetarily on due date to I.G.N.O.U. and if in case he/she is late to pay, they will be penalized for that since he/she is a student not a faculty! Accepting the rules and regulations of a University, In return a student expects a quality service from your management. I do have the Acknowledgement card details of GURJEET KAUR Demand draft / payment in favor of I.G.N.O.U. was paid 4 months in advance i.e. on 3rd February 2012 for July Session(as stamped on your Acknowledgement Card) Amount: I.N.R 3700/-(complete amount required for this Year before the due date) ? I.G.N.O.U.โ€™S 3rd big mistake:- Can a student enter an examination hall without an enrollment card? She was not even sent her enrollment number! It was me, who was harassed for rendering duties personally to your University to collect the enrollment number. As per the acknowledgement card with me, itโ€™s written Date of Issue i.e. 19th November 2012 and for your information, it is same date when I went specially to your office to collect the study material. As per the written records with me itโ€™s approximately 6 months as a total for her to prepare her exams as well as to prepare her assignments. As per my sister GURJEET KAUR, she said it took more than 2 months for her to prepare the assignment so as to submit the same on the due date which was 9th March 2013 and on the other hand she had to prepare for her exams for (M.P.S 001, M.P.S 002, M.P.S 003, M.P.S 004) in a very short duration of approximately 4 months. Just imagine realistically, is it possible for a normal student to manage all these nuisances at a time done by I.G.N.O.U and tolerate by her as a student or should I say a victim of I.G.N.O.U.? At the end of November she is getting the books. For your information, her first exam date was 1st June 2013 for M.P.S 001. You may count the number of days given to her. We paid I.N.R 3700/- on 3rd February 2012 i.e. 16 months prior to the due date of exam. A dedicated University starts supplying study material exactly 12 months prior to exam date at their responsibility. On the other hand I am getting advice that 7 months are enough for the study and she (GURJEET KAUR) is privileged one that she has got books within 6 months, that clearly shows, how responsible your management is! For me every single day matters and in her case, itโ€™s a gap of 6 months. Who will cover this??? ? For you 180 days gap doesnโ€™t matter at all, from a student point of view every single day to study matters a lot which she lost by your mismanagement mistakes! We should suggest international government organizations to change their study patterns worldwide to shorten the exam preparation time to 7 months only, instead of 12 months to save 5 months since I.G.N.O.U. is not capable and ready to deliver books 12 months prior to exam date. After getting payment I.G.N.O.U is not bothered at all about delivering the services in return failing which, will only affect a studentโ€™s career. I ask I.G.N.O.U.โ€™s government mismanagement, are they not getting their big salaries on time while sitting on their relaxing chairs? Why I.G.N.O.U. wants to remain least bothered about their services? Instead of accepting their own valid fault and compensating a student, why they are blaming unnecessarily on the victim at her time of stress and depression? From my side I have crystalized the complete matter from a studentโ€™s point of view, why GURJEET KAUR cannot prepare for 4 exams in 4 monthsโ€™ time!!! Counseling is suggested for your laziest mismanagement so they may understand their responsibility if they are getting their salaries on time or should be fired from their job on urgent basis without prior notice failing their responsibilities or speaking over the mobile phone while sitting on the duty counter. Itโ€™s purely a case of harassment against I.G.N.O.Uโ€™s mismanagement. It clearly denotes fault of I.G.N.O.U. without any further explanation. Kindly advise what you can do in this matter, considering it as a special case! Else I have to register complaint on every single forum available online on this matter, proceed legally in high court and in rare to the rarest case if required, I will use media contacts to expose the working of I.G.N.O.U. before the common public. Additionally, I will use all legal attempts required to fight this case to get Justice for my sister harassed by your mismanagement. Reliance Life Insurance Company - Case of Fraud against Reliance Life Insurace Pvt Ltd

Dear Sir, My name is Charanjeet Singh Brother of Policy Holder (Gurjeet Kaur )resident of Vishnu Garden, New Delhi. Mentioning below the policy details for your kind reference as written on the policy bonds:- A) GURJEET KAUR CONTRACT NO : 5100**** CLIENT ID : 8599**** DATE : 27TH MAY 2013 B)GURJEET KAUR CONTRACT NO : 5094**** CLIENT ID : 8599**** DATE : 27TH MAY 2013 Two months before I received call from LIC agent -Mr. Rohit Sharma ( a fraud call ) , I have his contact number also which is now switched off from the past 3 days . Mr Rohit said that LIC had some shares with Reliance and now reliance is giving bonus on your policies, provided you buy 2 policies of Reliance Life Insurance and it will be given back to you before the maturity time,that is our guarantee but you need to buy the policy from Reliance life insurance pvt ltd. He also told me to buy G.M.B (Guaranteed Money Back)Policy only. They also given me the bonus cheque details which will be released from LIC , given me cheque number and other fraudulent and fake details such as Cheque number and amount etc. He said , that I will send email to the reliance department now and they will send their executive to make your policy, Reliance person came in 1 hour to make policies and it happend twice when i bought these 2 policies, reliance officer comes at sharp timing after he receives the email. New Delhi-110019 ] Rajnish Mobile number : 921365**** - Email : rajnish6283@***.com : Number is working Hassan's Mobile : 0971780****.He was not having visiting card that time.Number is switched off Rohit Sharma (Fake LIC agent - helping hand to grow Fraud business of Reliance Life Insurance policies. Rohit Sharma's Mobile - 0971667****.Number is Switched off Mentioned above the contact number of Rajnish Tripathi and Mr. Hassan who came to my home after receiving email from those Fraud persons -Rohit Sharma and Neetu Gupta. I believe that both of these reliance agents know the full details of that fraud person who has send them the leads to go and pick up cheque and make policies. After inspection at Senior level only you will come to know who is playing these games behind to fool the people. I am utterly sure that this call was made by reliance agents to complete their sales targets and befooling the innocent people who come in their trap.They can go up to any extent. MR Rohit ( Fraud LIC agent ) and Miss neetu gupta ( another fraud lady ) told me that your cheques will be released soon once you make these policies .Miss neetu gupta said to me , sir i am like your sister , i promise you - next time you do not need to make any policy of reliance after completing this criteria to get your LIC cheques. Mr Rohit was the one who has connected me to this lady sitting some where else or next to him to talk to her as she is working in cheque release department. I called up LIC head office yesterday when I noticed that Rohit(Fraud) has not been picking up his phone from past 2-3 days .LIC Officer told me that we have already put notices and articles still we do not understand why everyday people come in their trap! Mr Rohit told me that once you receive your LIC bonus cheques , next week of that we will cancel your reliance policies on our behalf (lic) and you will get the money within one month time. From our side we were unaware about any of these LIC articles , I am sure that there will be many innocents who are suffering from this Fraud of Reliance!! I did went to your janakpuri branch today in the morning, there your office asked me sir why did not you informed us within 1 month of this policy instead of coming after 2 months ? I replied him, that This fraud man was playing with us since 2 months and he asked me to wait untill 7th july you will get all your LIC cheques with bonus + your all reliance policies will be sent at your home by cheque after its cancellation and it will take maximum one month , that is our responsibility, you do not need to ask any question from reliance officer who will come at your home.And i done the same since i was waiting for my cheques. Past 3 days when i find his mobile was switched off , i suspected he could be a fraud and let me verify with LIC. My father is handicapped and senior citizen, he invested his money just to get some bonus and get his proper surgery done for his paralysis treatment. We are still waiting for our invested money to be given back to us so that i may proceed with my fathers treatment. He is a patient , if anything happens to him or if his treatment is not done at the earliest , who will be responsible any mishappening ?? Reliance will take responsibility for my father ?? who are making fake calls to trap innocent people. I request you to Ban Reliance Life Insurance so that they may not harass and cheat the innocent people ,just and just to achieve their sales targets.
