Resolved: West Coast Spas - Operations Manager

Contacted my Broker to have a couple of pallets shipped 1 to Seattle and another to Salt Lake City. The one going to Seattle was 100 inches wide on the bill of lading I requested a swing door truck was told no problem. The truck arrived with a sliding door (wont fit) Called again and the same truck showed up again 2 days later. So far my dealer has not had his product for going on 2 weeks. Then yesterday did it for me I waited for the right truck was told it was in route. NO TRUCK I called dispatch they said Jim refused to load it.. We have no Jim Here... Decided to go with another freight company NEVER USE CENTRAL TRANSPORT AGAIN. No Customer service at all no return phone calls returned.

This post was meant for a transportation company some how it got mixed up it writing of the post. all is good now.
