Express Impressions - Charge for pickup not made

I had an item shipped to me in a very heavy cardboard box with staples (not just tape) holding it together. The box was torn open and the contents damaged. I filed a complaint but was able to repair the contents. A driver was sent to pick up the item as a result of the complaint. When I told him what I had done, he left and then UPS charged me for an "undeliverable return". In working through the web site and the phone VRU, I found everything at UPS very user UNfriendly. It wasted a lot of my time.
