Home Depot refuses to post my review - they keep rejecting it because I had a negative and frustrating experience - I was not rude, I did not bash - I just expressed my experience so I am posting it here - so everyone knows what to look out for when buying multiple closets kits from home depot. here is the summary - overall happy that I am done with the install - and it works for our needs and saved us a ton of money doing it ourselves. Overall you get what you pay for. Quality of materials is what would you expect - laminated particle board. I had it up in about 3 nights - about 2-3 hours per night - including cutting and customizing some bars and boards to fit our dimensions. we did 3 sides of our walk-in closet - with 2 corner kits, double hanger kits and 1 large 120" tower kit with drawers. I Was not too happy that there weren't any pre-drilled holes for the drawer rails - they provided a paper template that you needed to cut out and place on the drawer side. SO there is a small chance your drawers will not be perfect - but acceptable - ours came out ok. but the experience getting to the finish line was a bit frustrating. When you order what you need - you are under this impression that what you buy will show up in an organized fashion. I had a large order - multiples of towers, corner kits, double hangers etc. Items showed up sporadically, hardware in separate boxes - and not all at once and with no markings to indicated what box went with what I bought. For example after digging and opening - I found that the corner kit comprises of 2 shelf boxes and 1 side panel box and a tube of hangers - problem is they all showed up at separate times so I could not being my install until the other boxes arrived. I love step by step instructions and attention to detail - which was nowhere to be found in these kits. If you are used to this sort of thing, you can figure it out - but it gives you a bit of anxiety - not knowing if you are doing it right. The pictures of the kits on the cover of the instructions also do not match. For example - the delux hanger kit with drawers - showed 4 drawers - 2 large and 2 small - this kit came with 1 large and 2 medium. They shorted me some hardware - so you need to call the 800 number leave a message and wait for someone to call you back about 2 days later. They might not always call you back - so may have to call again. I had to this 3 times - once for missing hardware, once for missing boxes and once because they sent the wrong face plates for the drawers. They provided you with plenty of hardware but it is mixed in different boxes and it is of decent quality. I few of the wall anchors they provided broke on me when installing them do I needed to use 3rd party self screwing 50 lbs anchiors. . Some of the boards arrived dented from shipping - and I have no doubt they would replace them - I just didn't want to bother with the process - I mean after all it is just a closet. If you are a DIYer and you can figure things out and you want to save a ton of money - I would recommend buying it. If not pay more and have a professional do it.

User's recommendation: Set expectations that you may / will get frustrated with this.

Manage contacted us - offered to sell us the unit for $150. Said they don't tolerate that type of behavior from their staff. Not sure what happened to the employee.

Management eventually got in touch with us - and made things right - and offered to sell it to use for $150 - not sure what happened to the manager.

Note there isn't any way to get in touch with ANY AT HOME "human" in the corp office. I dialed the number in the BBB profile - it does not connect, I dialed the corp number: 972-265-**** - found on the web site - it just tells you to email customer service - which I did and no one has replied.The same number gives you options for payroll, hr, transportation, but pressing the # option just gives you automated messages. I need to speak with a corporate person about a very serious issue that occurred in their Lake Mary FL store. One of their store employees (female manager) treated my husband and I very poorly and kicked us out of the store and accused us of threatening her. When nothing of the such happened. There were 2 other employees that witnessed this behavior. (Tall male blond hair and short heavy set female - I think - she was another manager as she was helping out the male cashier with our transaction until she did not have access to provide a refund and called over the other female manager to help, Lake Mary FL store, in question) I saw a console that I thought would look nice in my husband's office but it was too big and too high for me to get, so I asked a sales associate to help me. He took it down for me to look at it and asked if I wanted him to take the other one down (that was exactly the same as the first one) in case there were scratches, etc. I told him no, I’m fine with this one. He then ripped the tag off and gave it to me to bring up to the register so he could grab a dolly to put it on. My husband and I went back that evening to pick it up, BUT I wanted him to see the other console I liked more which was about $10 less. It was in the same aisle as the one I originally bought so he could compare the two. He saw the one that I bought and asked, how much did you pay for this - I said $359. He picked up the tag and said well this one is $249. He took a picture of the tag to show the cashier. (I paid $359.) So we went up to the front and saw the console sitting on the dolly and there was a tag on it for $359. We told the cashier that we would like the one in the back for $249 - so he called a manager (heavy set female) to issue a refund for the original $359 and repurchase the other one at $249, she said sure no problem - but she was new and wasn’t sure how to do it so now they call another (thinner female) “manager” over. She showed them how to process the refund and then gave them the go ahead to repurchase the other one at the lower price. I was very appreciative that they were honoring the price. The cashier and the first manager were standing there and were ringing it up when the thinner manager asked to see the picture of the bar code again that we had taken from the console with the lesser price. We said thank you to the senior manager and was happy they were honoring the lower price. (This is when she asked to see the picture of the bar-code again.) She scanned the bar-code from my husband's phone and said "wait a minute this is a completely different item you can’t have it for this price." and then all of a sudden she completely turned to this adolescent child. Her whole demeanor changed - she became very accusatory - and she kept stating that this code was for a completely different item. We tried to explain that this is the same item as what is on the dolly - but - she started to getting loud and would not let us get a word in - I remained calm - but was not sure why she was getting so agitated all of a sudden. My husband tried to explain that the console is the same and pointed his hand towards the back of the store and asked if she would like to go see it - the manager started shaking and said he was threatening her and she did not like the look on his face and she is calling 911. I am not sure how the *** it got to this - and all i can say is that they had a mis-marked item and she did not want to be held responsible for it when all along we assumed they were honoring the lower price. All she had to say was "I'm sorry, this item was mis-marked and we don't honor prices on mis-marked merchandise" - but she went off the rails. I purchased close to $1000 worth of items in that store and I brought it all back. You lost a frequent customer.

Similar experience with this company. They have no intention of providing a refund, and their software “EaseUS Todo PCtransfer” was equally as buggy.

Seemingly out of nowhere - my brand new 2 day old Google Pixel just stopped all audio alert notifications and ring tones. After reboots, safe mode, setting checks and factory reset it just kept reverting back to what seemed like a complete silent mode. I was told 3rd party apps can cause this, but after the factory reset, with all data and apps wiped - it still occurred. Regardless, I don't want a phone that decides to quit notifying me when it wants to, nor want a phone whose main functionality is compromised from the installation of a 3rd party app. Stick with what you know and what is tried and true.

The bottom line - Nest makes fantastic, state-of-the-art, reliable products. I own 2 of the thermostats and just installed 5 outdoor nest cams at $200 / cam. The problem is that they only offer 2 cloud storage option subscriptions to store your history with their Nest Aware offering. Don't get me wrong you get some great features for it but those prices are also a bit high for cloud storage especially if you have multiple cameras. T Currently as of 10/24/2016: 1) 10 day - $100 per year per camera with a $50 discount for each additional camera So for me - that would be $300 / year - to store 10 days of history for 5 of my cameras. That I spent $1000 on. OR - They also have: 2) 30 day - $300 per year / camera with a discount $50 discount per camera ($250 per year) This is ridiculous for home consumers who want simple home security. I used this for home security, if nothing happens on that day - it can be overwritten the next day for all I care. Nest - please make an option for home security for owners to choose how much storage they want or offer and entry level package to store 1 or 2 days storage at a reasonable price. Thank You

I ordered a nest thermostat November 28 2016. Made 4 calls to nest support and talked to 4 order management people.

Never did receive the thermostat. I'm out $212 dollars charged to Discover card. Got run around about why it hasn't shipped. The 4th call told them I didn't want the thermostat because after a month of waiting, the $100 Vectren rebate would expire at the end of the year if not installed and mailed.

Still no resolution as of 1/7/2017. Nest.com

Your comment is not helpful and obviously you don't know anything about cloud or even subscription-based services for that matter and further more you don't know anything about attracting the broader market. No there aren't many options available for security cameras, especially like what NEST offers, that's why they can get away with charging high-subscriptions prices.

This platform provides a voice for consumers so companies can reconsider their offerings. Next time think before you comment, instead of just trolling.

I decided to call them at: 1-80*-***-**** - the number that is listed on their web site. Spoke with Maryanne Marsh, who took my information and promised a replacement within 10 days.

Sent the following to Quickie Help: Hello - to whom this may concern, I have purchased a a quickie twist mop (Twist Mop with Spot Scrubber) - and the mop head broke after 3 uses. I can no longer bring it back to the store because it is used and I no longer have the packaging or receipt. I did not expect this to happen so soon. The grey cable tie / strap that holds the mop snapped. See attached pic. Not sure why this is designed that way. A mop head should not be attached to its coupling with a zip tie - that is susceptible to breakage, especially when you are dragging it across the floor. Thanks

Sent the following to Telebrands: Hello - I purchased a pocket hose from Home Depot about 6 months ago for $19.99. I used it twice. It is the older light green model, the original one. It has always been stored it in the garage, out of the weather and sun. I go to use it yesterday and the black plastic hose coupling is split down the middle, spraying water everywhere. I have not abused it and as I stated only used this item no more than twice. I see that you have improved the model by now selling the pocket hose ultra. I assume most likely to correct these problems which were known issues due to the many complaints on the product. I bought two 50Ft. and one 75Ft.

hose last fall and stored it in the garage unopened. Both 50ft.

had the leak at the hose coupling on my first use. I have not opened the 75ft hose.
