Clear Internet - The absolute WORST Internet provider on Earth
I have them due to a bundle with Direct TV. After a couple of months I was so annoyed with the fact that I cannot stream videos at all with this terrible service. I have to go into my bedroom and join my neighbors WiFi on my IPad to watch a video. I called and spent 2 hours troubleshooting ( went over my minutes on my phone). They ran every test and still *** service. They REFUSED to send a Tech out and would not tell me why. I was going to cancel and finally this guy says they will give me one month free and a year and a half at $25 ( was 49.99). I am disabled and have no income at this time so I figured that for checking my email and Facebook it would work. That was January. This month I'm informed that my promotion is up and my rate goes back to $49.99. I t old them to check the notes on my account as the guy told me he could not send anything in writing but assured me my account would have clear notes about my extended promotion due to my issues. They said there is no such thing as a promotion longer than 6 months. The guy flat out lied to me. I told them I was canceling and they said I had to call back a few days before the end of the billing month. They are liars, cheaters and the worst service I have ever dealt with. I'm hoping someday someone will start a class action suit againist them. Unbelievable. I am super pissed.
