It is horrible cause since after I filed a complaint I was sent a message giving 15 days to get the License that I have obtained since 02/21/2020 and passing since October 2019. I submitted the license to WFG and received a reply. Why I was terminated I don't know....

World Financial Group - Cannot access my wfg launch

I have been trying to launch in my WFG for the past 2 months and no one has been able to help me.

User's recommendation: Terminating people will drive people who are willing to join the company away after the frustration we gone through. Admin. should think about the comments from the negative people around. If we stayed and make efforts to go through I think we should be supported. Terminating people from the business is discouraging and depressing.

Spirit Airlines - Failure to refund full amount of money paid for flight

I bought a ticket to go to New Jersey but stopping at Philadelphia on the 8th of April at 0730 am. Due to Coronavirus pandemic problem I called to cancel the flight. Despite the announcement to stay home also that the airlines will refund full money paid, Spirit Airline from $96.74 paid sent me message giving me credit for $75.18 and have to be used by September 17, 2020. It's not my fault that this happens. I believed that the full amount should be refunded and the time to use it be extended at least for 9 months. Coronavirus is deadly, and people should be protected and not exposed.

User's recommendation: Customers's well being should come first, not refunding the full money shows that customers are not priority but MONEY is.

World Financial Group - I needed help and all effort to get one was ineffective

I was out of the country and by the time I returned access to launch in was blocked. This is so frustrating and hectic. I tried to ask for help but no one is available to render the help needed.

User's recommendation: Make launching in easier and straight forward.
