Faithdating - I tried to request for my refund in a time required and they won't refund me.

I signed up for few days trial April 13, 2020 with Christian Faith Dating (Aka: White Label Dating, Venntro Group, White Label Dating,Inc) and my credit card was charged April 14, 2020. I then upgraded on that day as it kept notifying me about a promo, like everyone else trying to do during this time. I hesitated at first then thought I'd try being convinced while during this pandemic stay at home by another person, would be something great to go into finding love. So I thought I could give it a try till I had a real bad experience just becoming a paid member. Into the 4-5 days, I experienced harassment from one of the members and fake people writing me about three times, then they don't respond to me anymore. I then would write to Venntro Support online chat numerous time for the issues addressed.They tell me how I can ignore them and will take care of the member who harassed me, but he is still a member I saw on there. I have made complaints from around starting April 17 to April 20, 2020. Around April 22, 23, 24, of 2020, I numerous times attempted to get my refund or partial refund and they responding to me saying same thing of automated response to me that they're giving me 7 day cool off period but on their credit card policy it's illegal for request charge back to my credit card. I told them I don't need this stress of being harassed from there and fake people who writes me then they're gone the next day or so. I want my refund from them to be done with them is all I was trying to accomplish there and they are not working with. They seem to be under different names and can be located in the states and or UK.

User's recommendation: Do NOT go with this Christian Dating site - is a Hoax!!

I called last week or so to check up on their specials as I got something in the mail with it. Then I asked them how long I got to decide should I purchase into another promo deal of $1050 and 6 months free on top that I paid from 2017 to 2020 but wasn't then before given exact time when to decide on it.

I realized I don't recall them telling me that I was covered for heater that I called up separate company for and paid out of pocket for replacement of something till they told me they sent me policy but I don't recall that being it was stated there. Today, Dec 4, I talked to up to 4 people around 340 to 4 pm Pacific time and I called last to two Sales Manager as I felt I got the run around with them. The one I mainly had BIG time issue with said things that he twisted stories I didn't say then I told him he twisted stories and he like put me on speaker or was distance away as I wanted to confirm everything again to make sure what all was done for me and what I was covered for. They act like they have all the information to tell me but they didn't and that manager was rude to me being sarcastic to me telling me off then I slammed the phone on him.

I then had to call back to a Henry and he said we got you recorded that I was the one who twisted and slammed the phone on him. I told I did NOT twist things that it was the other guy who was but I admitted I slammed the phone and he sounded like he wanted to argue with me so I slam the phone on him, as well. Wow! I can't believe this company and people go for this.

I can't believe they 'con' me into something into their corrupted little world of messy screwed up managers who can't do customer service relation whatsoever.

Around Nov 2019 last class with TVAS - Melissa Moat brought up about her review same as I did here to clear her name as she put two and two together realizing it was me who put the review out on her. We talked and we made up.

I was notified from my contracted VO that I was registered to take a course with The Voice Actors Studio and I noticed that when I remembered a name, Melissa Moat, that I talked to Tina Maloney to make sure if they would be any conflicts that will get in the way. I learned that after talking to Tina the first time, she convinced me to move on since the issue between Melissa and I on the 'meetup.com' as I saw back then she shut me out of that website when I have been asking questions I noticed then she's been just answering other people and not me. So I questioned her about it on posting why she couldn't answer my question but she could to others. I learned they don't have meet up there anymore but is growing from the last 2-3 years of the issue. As Tina called me back few min thinking I was good to go and starting her class next week that now she said she spoke to Melissa and Melissa thinks it is better I don't come to her class. Tina was like trying to get off the phone making it short stating to me, "good luck you can find other places here in town." I was so of finally getting into Voice Over and this is what they do to me? Really? You all don't see what happened behind the close door. Now what makes two wrongs to make a right when I tried to give in from initial conversation with Tina convincing me that Melissa might have forgotten that past and now things changed on the second conversation same day? Is Melissa afraid if I come to her class, I would say something about the past what she did to me from meetup and I did NOT like what I saw how she shut me out blind sighted or was it that she didn't like me right off when we never met? I thought that was sad on her part. I could have given in and not said anything and moved on but after Tina talked to her, the story changed. Earlier, I was convinced from Tina that I could have move on from the past and start fresh and or try to make amends with Melissa, but it sounded like Melissa could NOT. And here everyone there don't see beyond the trees in their company, wow.

I too have experienced problems related to their "membership fees" and lost all my reward points I had accumulated related to past purchases. They said I needed to re"renew" my membership or I could not use the reward points.

Told them to keep their reward points and pulled out NEVER again will I support this company. Now our personal information has been compromised by a third party vendor on top of all the headaches, this too!!

Netzero - Be careful to select Internet Provider for High Speed Internet

If you are looking for a high speed internet, don't call Netzero 4G Broadband. Their website is www.netzero.net. Under the category of Broadband, it states 'no commitment, no contract.' They do have a 1 year contract if you pay $19.95 for 1G but they give you additional 1G, which actually comes out to less than 20 hrs a month usage so if it wasn't a special promo given as additional 1G to make it 2G, alone the price would be $34.95. Their website is http://store.netzero.net/account/viewOffers.do?offerId=nz-wls-free-200-monthly&leftRail=true. They also will provide you 1 time free $99 Broadband device if you get on this 1 year commitment plan or else you will pay out of pocket for the Broadband device and the monthly service of $19.95 and S&H for $17.95. They don't tell you everything upfront especially if you tell them you are on a budget. I had to find out for myself after I by accident signed up. If you get out of the contract early, you will be charged of the device including that month's usage. Be careful what you get yourself into with these companies. Shop around and don't make one company be your best one that sounds too good to be true, like I did. I told them I will file complaint against them if they do not work with me due to not able to get all the information that should have been upfront before I could make a sound decision. I told them I will still 'blog' this so people will be alert and aware of their service.
